Three limit switches(30) are mounted to be connected according to the rotary angle of the worm wheel and to control the stoppage position of the upper and lower center positions of the shutter.

CONSTITUTION: A window driving unit for a vehicle has a worm wheel(8) engaging with a worm(6) formed to a motor shaft(5) of a motor(2), and a roller(17) formed to a driving shaft(14) to which a worm wheel shaft(15) fitted into the worm wheel is integrally formed. The roller makes a window opened and shut by pushing and pulling a wire(18) connected with the window. The window-driving unit has a controller case with a controller controlling the motor. A motor case(1) having the motor within and the controller case are integrally combined by a case-fitting groove(1a) and a case-fitting projection. An elongated spherical-type set of teeth(7), the middle part of which is recessed, is formed to the worm, and transmission of the rotational force is reinforced by increase of the number of engaging teeth of the worm and the worm wheel.
