    Abstract: An indirect time of flight sensor includes a matrix of pixels, wherein each pixel includes at least two controllable transfer devices. First conductive lines transmit first control signals to the transfer devices, these first signals being provided by a first circuit. A device is provided for illuminating a scene that is divided into at least two first areas. The device successively illuminates each first area. The matrix is similarly divided into at least two second areas. The matrix and illumination device are disposed such that each first area corresponds to one second area. The first circuit provides different first signals to the different second areas.

    Abstract: An optoelectronic device includes a substrate with a light emitter and a photodetector supported by the substrate. The light emitter and photodetector are stacked one on top of the other. At least one of the light emitter and photodetector is formed by a stack including the following order of layers: a first electrode layer, a hole transport layer, a quantum nano-structure layer (for example, a semiconductor nanoparticle layer, a quantum dot layer, a quantum rod layer or quantum well layer), an electron transport layer and a second electrode layer. An insulating layer is positioned between the light emitter and photodetector in the stack.

    Abstract: A device includes a printed circuit board substrate, an antenna connected to the printed circuit board substrate, an amplifier connected to the printed circuit board substrate, and a matching track having a first end electrically connected to an input of the amplifier and a second end electrically connected to an output of the antenna. The matching track has an outgrowth that is symmetrical along a median axis of the outgrowth. The matching track is rectilinear and has a constant width over an initial part extending between the widening area and the first end. A median axis of the initial part and the median axis of the outgrowth form an angle comprised between 60 and 120°.

    Abstract: A register bank of a channel of a direct memory access circuit is initialized. Transfer cycles are executed as configured by the register bank, and updates are made to the registers from a memory. At each transfer cycle, an operation is performed in accordance with a first field of the register bank to either: carry on the execution or generate a first signal and suspend the execution. In response to each reception of the first signal by a central processing unit, an operation is performed to either: generate a second signal or modify the content of the register band and/or record into the memory a first item representative of a next update of the register bank. A second signal is then generated.
