Abstract: The present invention relates to an exhaust heat recovery structure for a vehicle in which a working fluid that circulates in a power train which is configured by coupling an engine with a transmission is heated through an inner portion of a heat exchanger. A heat pump system for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cooling unit feeding and circulating a coolant in a motor and electronic units through a cooling line; and an air conditioning unit connected through a refrigerant line to heat and cool the interior of a vehicle, wherein the cooling unit includes: a radiator installed at the front side of the vehicle and cooling the fed coolant through heat exchange between the coolant and outdoor air; a cooling fan blowing air to the radiator; and a water pump circulating the coolant along the cooling line. The heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes: a water-cooling condenser connected to the cooling line and varying the temperature of the coolant according to the modes of the vehicle using waste heat source generated from the motor and the electronic units, and connected to the refrigerant line and allowing a refrigerant flowing therein to mutually exchange heat with the coolant therein; and an air-cooling condenser connected to the water-cooling condenser through the refrigerant line in series, placed at the front side of the radiator, and allowing the refrigerant flowing therein to mutually exchange heat with the outdoor air.
