    Abstract: Derivados de 3,4,5,6,7,8- hexahidro-pirido [4´,3,:4,5]tieno [2,3,d] pirimidina sustituidos en posición 3 de la fórmula I, CARACTERIZADOS porquedonde R1 es un átomo de O, un grupo C1 -C4 -alquilo, un grupo acetil o un grupo benzol, un residuo C1 -C4 - fenilalquilo, pudiendo estar sustituido el aromático por grupos halógeno, C1 -C4 -alquilo, trifluorometilo, hidroxi, C1 -C4 -alcoxi, amino, ciano o nitro, un residuo C2 -C3 -naftilalquilo, un residuo C2 -C3 - fenilalcanon o un residuo C2 fenilcarbamoilalquilo, pudiendo estar sustituidos los grupos fenilo por halógeno; R2 es fenilo mono-di- o trisustituido por átomo de halógeno, grupos C1 -C4 -alquilo, trifluorometilo, hidroxi, C1 -C4 -alcoxi, amino, mono-metilamino, dimetilamino, ciano o nitro, por grupos piridilo, pirimidinilo o pirazinilo, que en caso necesario puede estar anillado con un núcleo benzol que puede estar mono-o disustituido con átomos de halógeno, grupos C1 -C4 -alquilo, trifluorometilo, hidroxi, C1 -C4 -alcoxi, amino, ciano o nitro y que en caso necesario puede contener un átomo de nitrógeno o con un anillo de 5 o 6 miembros que puede contener 1-2 átomos de oxígeno, o que puede estar sustituido con un grupo fenilo, C1 -C4 -alquilo o C1 -C4 -alcoxi, pudiendo estar sustituido el residuo fenilo con halógeno, un grupo metilo, trifluorometilo o metoxi, A es NH o un átomo de O, B es hidrógeno o metilo, C es H, metilo o hidroxi, X es un átomo de N, Y es CH2 , CH2 - CH2 - CH2 , CH2 - CH2 o CH2 - CH,Z es un átomo de N, un átomo de C o CH, pudiendo ser la unión entre Y y Z también una unión doble, y n es el número 2, 3 ó 4. y sus sales fisiológicamente apropiados.
