Abstract in simplified Chinese:本发明揭示一种释压及减压治疗系统,其包含一释压及减压治疗器件,该释压及减压治疗器件具有一由一释压歧管材料形成之足底构件。该释压及减压治疗系统进一步包含:一减压界面,其以流体方式耦合至足底构件之压力传输层;一减压源;及一减压递送导管,其以流体方式耦合至该减压源并耦合至该释压及减压治疗器件。该释压歧管材料包含一第一障壁层、一支撑层、一压力传输层及一第二障壁层。该释压及减压治疗器件亦可具有一脚背构件及一桥构件。本发明亦提出若干方法。

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tailored insole manufacturing system. According to the present invention, foot pressure distribution is adjusted for a right vertical spine posture and a right horizontal shoulder posture. In this case, foot plate inclination data is used for manufacturing of an insole suiting human body characteristics. Also, a foot shape measurement device of simple configuration is used before the insole manufacturing so as to digitize a three-dimensional shape of the insole suiting a user so that musculoskeletal change associated with a foot portion is prevented and a shoe form and shape optimized for the individual foot shape can be provided. The present invention includes the foot shape measurement device where a pressure measurement plate is provided for foot pressure measurement in each of a pair of foot plates where the user steps on, inclination adjustment means is provided for foot plate inclination adjustment on bottom surfaces of the foot plates, and front and back inclination sensors and left and right inclination sensors are respectively provided for foot plate inclination measurement on front and side surfaces of the foot plates. When the user in need of the insole steps on the pressure measurement plate, the initial foot pressure distribution is measured and the foot pressure distribution value in this case is recorded in a storage unit. The foot plate is adjusted by the inclination adjustment means so that the spine and shoulder of the user are adjusted to be close to vertical and horizontal. The foot pressure distribution value corrected in this case is measured for recording in the storage unit and the initial and corrected foot pressure distribution values are compared in a foot pressure comparison determination unit before sending to a control unit. When the foot plate inclination values are measured by the front and back and right and left inclination sensors and then are sent to the control unit, the control unit calculates insole shape data suiting the foot of the user based on the changed foot pressure distribution value and the inclination values of the foot plate. The insole data is transmitted to a CNC through an insole data output unit.
