PURPOSE: A composition containing Phlomis Korainensis Nakai extract is provided to promote collagen biosynthesis without skin side effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for anti-aging contains 0.0001-10 wt% of Phlomis Korainensis Nakai extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using anhydrous and hydrous low carbon number alcohol, acetone, butylene glycol, ethyl acetate, diethyl acetate, diethyl ether, benzene, chloroform, or hexane. The composition is used for anti-wrinkling and elasticity enhancement.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for skin whitening contains 0.0001-10 wt% of Phlomis Korainensis Nakai extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using anhydrous and hydrous low alcohol of C1-4 carbon atoms, acetone, butylene glycol, ethyl acetate, diethyl acetate, diethyl ether, benzene, chloroform, or hexane. The composition for skin whitening suppresses melanogenesis.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing lipid-coated hydrogel particles is provided to prevent reduction of sealing efficiency of a drug. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing lipid-coated hydrogel particles comprises: a step of preparing hydrogel particles using water soluble polymers and water soluble crosslinking agent; a step of dissolving the lipid in organic solvent; a step of dispersing the hydrogel particles to the organic solvent; and a step of adding water to the dispersed liquid and performing reduced pressure distillation. The organic solvent is main organic solvent or alcohol of C1-C6.

PURPOSE: A novel soil microorganism and oxidoreductase isolated from the microorganism are provided to ensure saccharide decomposition of natural products and to obtain various flavonoid aglycons. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing flavonoid aglycons comprises a step of using Rhizobium sp. GIN611(KCTC11708BP) or cell extract thereof. The strain is isolated from soil. The flavonoid aglycon is prepared using Rhizobium sp. GIN611-derived oxidoreductase as a biocatalyst. The flavonoid aglycons are prepared by decomposing saccharides from flavonoid glycoside.

The cosmetic composition has excellent effect of antioxidation, antiaging, whitening, anti-wrinkling, or moisturizing.
