Abstract: PURPOSE: A pedal effort adjusting device is provided to follow safety laws by simply and properly adjusting pedal effort as necessary without replacing a spring. CONSTITUTION: A pedal effort adjusting device comprises a guide roller(14), an adjusting bolt, a wire(17), and a spring(19). The guide roller is rotatably inserted into a pedal hinge shaft(13). The adjusting bolt comprises a bolt roller(15) in one end thereof. The adjusting bolt penetrates one side of a pedal mounting bracket(12). The wire is installed along the outer circumference of the guide and bolt rollers. One end of the wire is fixed to the bolt roller. The spring is connected to the wire and a pedal bracket(18). The length of the spring varies with the rotation of the bolt roller.
