Abstract: PURPOSE: A cutting guiding apparatus of an instrument panel having a passenger airbag is provided to reduce the injury of a passenger by removing the delaminating phenomenon of a hinge unit or spattering particles by folding a hinge unit of an instrument panel when an airbag is spread in a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A cutting guiding apparatus of an instrument panel having a passenger airbag is composed of an instrument panel(110), a tear line(120), and a heating unit(130). An airbag module is positioned inside the instrument panel. The tear line is formed on the instrument panel to make the airbag come off to the outside of the instrument panel when the airbag is spread. The heating unit is installed within the instrument panel to heat a part of the instrument panel as a hinge unit(B) when the airbag is spread and the tear line surrounding.

Abstract: An optimized injector structure combined integrally with an LPI(Liquefied Petroleum Injection) cut-sol is provided to optimize starting, accelerating, and decelerating ability by forming a lower end part of the injector to become an optimized shape in order to reduce friction of the cut-sol using many experimental values. For injector structure combined integrally with an LPI cut-sol(30) including an injector(10) injecting gas, an injector housing(20) fixing the injector to a cylinder, and an icing tube(40), a plunger(50), a valve seat(60), and an icing tip(70) which consist of a fuel passage part at an end of the injector; optimized injector structure combined integrally with the liquefied petroleum injection cut-sol has characteristics that diameter of the icing tube and diameter of the valve seat are different from each other. The diameter of the icing tube is 1.0Phi, the diameter of the valve seat is 1.2Phi, and the diameter of the icing tip is 1.0Phi.

A leakage fuel recirculation control method for an LPI engine of a vehicle comprises a first step of judging whether a vehicle is key on, whether no error has occurred in an ECU of the engine, whether a vehicle battery is normal, and whether the coolant temperature and fuel temperature fall within a preset range; a second step of checking the accumulated frequency of excessive target value of start time stored in the ECU, and judging whether the vehicle is key on; a third step of judging whether the accumulated frequency of excessive target value of start time has exceeded a reference value, if the vehicle is judged as key on; and a fifth step of driving a fuel pump and recirculating leakage fuel upon occurrence of fuel leakage from an injector caused due to the temperature rise in an engine room after key-on of the vehicle.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A torque sensor of a driving shaft in an electric vehicle is provided to measure the torque characteristic of the driving shaft in a real time. CONSTITUTION: A torque sensor(100) detects a torque of a driving shaft by installing the driving shaft of an electric vehicle. Transceiver units(102-106) transmit and receive the torque of the driving shaft detected through the torque sensor. A display unit(108) displays a waveform corresponding to the torque of the driving shaft transferred through the trasceiver units. Thereby, the torque characteristic of the driving shaft is precisely measured in a real time. Moreover, the torque characteristic is monitored during a driving of the electric vehicle and the actual torque waveform is obtained without checking the torque characteristic of the driving shaft through a torque measurement of a motor.
