Abstract:
PURPOSE:To allow the execution of good recording and reproducing without deterioration by dispersing a light absorptive dye and electron receptor or electron donor into a supporting material, specifying the free energy change of an electron transfer reaction and executing the recording by stepwise two photon stimulation. CONSTITUTION:The light absorptive dye and the electron receptor or electron donor are dispersed into the supporting material and the free energy change DELTAG of the electron transfer reaction is specified to >=-2.0eV; in addition, the recording is executed by the stepwise two photon stimulation. The recording is executed by the photochemical hole burning by the stepwise two photon stimulation if the free energy change DELTAG of the electron transfer reaction is specified to >=-2.0eV by adding the electron receptor or electron donor to the light absorbing dye in such a manner, then this material is cooled to a cryogenic temp. and is simultaneously irradiated with wavelength selecting light and gate light. The reading-out can be executed by the irradiation of only the wavelength selecting light, the photochemical burning is not generated by the irradiation with only the wavelength selecting light and the recording state is maintained as it is. The good recording and reproducing are executed in this way without deterioration.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of the title recording medium and to enhance economical efficiency and productivity by providing a recording layer containing substituted aminophthalocyanine on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A recording layer containing substituted aminophthalocyanine is provided on a substrate. The optical data recording medium thus constituted is prepared by dissolving, for example, tetrahexylaminophthalocyanine in chloroform to prepare paint and applying said paint to a polycarbonate substrate while rotating said substrate to form a film and subsequently drying said film to form the recording layer. The optical data recording medium having this recording layer shows capacity extremely suitable as a reproduction exclusive type medium.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide high reflectivity and to enhance recording sensitivity by containing a substance mainly absorbing laser beam and a substance mainly deteriorated and decomposed by heating in a recording layer. CONSTITUTION:In a recording layer, an org. dye material is used as a recording material and two kinds of substances are also used in a mixed state. The first substance (component 1) is one mainly absorbing laser beam and, concretely, there are a cyannine dye, a metal complex dye, a phthalocyanine dye and a naphthalocyanine dye. The second substance (component 2) absorbs almost no laser wavelength and is deteriorated and decomposed with a sudden temp. rise due to laser irradiation to generate gas. As a substance usable in the component 2, a cyanine dye (absorbing no laser wavelength) and a cumarine dye are designated. Herein, the mixing ratio of two kinds of the substances compounded with the recording layer is regulated to easily set reflectivity to 70% or more.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form a uniform org. dye layer without imparting damage to a substrate by coating the substrate with paint prepared by dissolving org. dye in a specific solvent to prepare an optical data recording medium provided with the org. dye layer. CONSTITUTION:An org. dye is dissolved in an org. solvent being a 4-6C chain compound having either one of a carbonyl group and a 2-3C ester group in the molecule thereof and having a hydroxyl group at either one of an alpha-position and a beta-position. This org. solvent solution of the org. dye is applied to a substrate composed of polycarbonate and dried to prepare an optical data recording medium having an org. dye layer formed thereto. As a suitable embodiment of the aforementioned org. solvent, there are diacetone alcohol, 4-hydroxy-2- butanone, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-3-butane or the like.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell for testing, capable of preventing microbeads from overlapping. SOLUTION: A cell 1 for testing microbeads is arranged in a housing space 39 so that the microbeads 7 are not overlapped each other because the distance between a support substrate 11 and a cover 21 is greater than the thickness D of the microbeads 7 and smaller than twice the thickness D of the microbeads 7. Thus, the cell 1 for testing the microbeads normally picks up respective images of the microbeads 7 and keeps a high analysis accuracy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid amplifier analyzing the amount of genes with high precision. SOLUTION: The nucleic acid amplifier carries out a nucleic acid amplification reaction and includes a plurality of wells configured to carry out the nucleic acid amplification reaction; and at least, a heating unit provided for every well to control heating temperature and heating time individually; and a detection unit to detect nucleic acid amplification for every well. The nucleic acid amplifier is able to analyze the amount of genes with high precision as compared to a conventional nucleic acid amplifier since heating temperature and heating time of each well is independently controlled. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique, in nucleic acid hybridization in a microflow path, for enabling high flow level of a solution to be accomplished through preventing the leakage of the injecting solution by preventing inner pressure rise. SOLUTION: A method for producing a carrier for isolating a nucleic acid is provided, including the following procedure: A capturing chain 2 having a base sequence complementary to a target nucleic acid chain, with modified functional groups each having a positive electric charge, is brought to a solid phase by ion-exchange bonding on a porous carrier (microbeads) 1 having cation-exchangeable ion-exchange groups on the surface. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device that exhibits a body clock regulating function without changing visibility of an image. SOLUTION: The image display device A displays the image by radiating light from a light source 1 to a display section 2. The light source 1 contains an illuminant that emits light having a wavelength region of 445 nm to 480 nm. A control means 3 that controls intensity of light having the wavelength region is provided. The display section is separately and independently provided with: a region 21 where a predetermined image is displayed; and a region 22 for displaying an image in which intensity of light in the wavelength region is controlled by the control means 3.
