Abstract:
A slider (10) is provided for use with an elongated channel (12) having a pair of spaced apart side walls (14, 16) interconnected by a base wall (18) and an upper wall (20, 22) projecting from each side wall spaced from and generally parallel to the base wall. The slider has a body portion (30) defined by a top surface (32), bottom surface (34) and plurality of side surfaces (36) interconnecting the top and bottom surfaces. The slider also has a plurality of axial slots (42) extending between the top and bottom surfaces adjacent each side surface and a plurality of lateral slots (52) extending between each of the side surfaces and the respective axial slot (42) for allowing the side surface to flex and bias the slider between the side walls of the channel (12). The slider (10) further has a plurality of raised ridges (44) projecting from each of the top and bottom surfaces for flexing and biasing the slider between the upper walls and the base wall of the channel. Finally, the slider includes a plurality of semi-spherical embosses (48) extending from the top and bottom surfaces for slidably engaging and guiding the slider between the upper walls and the base wall within the channel (12).

Ein Fensterheber (1) weist zwei, im Abstand voneinander liegende Führungsschienen (3) auf, an denen jeweils ein Führungselement (4) durch ein Kabel (5) höhenverlagerbar geführt ist. An den Führungselementen (4) ist eine Fensterscheibe (2) befestigt. Ferner ist in die Führungselemente (4) jeweils eine Stellschraube (10) mit einem Kugelkopf (10') eingeschraubt. Schließlich ist am obenliegenden Endbereich einer jeden Führungsschiene (3) ein Kunststoffteil (12) mit einer zu einer aufbauseitigen Dichtung hin geneigten Schrägfläche (13) befestigt. Mit dieser wirkt der Kugelkopf (10') der Stellschrauben (10) derart zusammen, daß die Fensterscheibe (2) in ihrer Schließlage mit hoher Anpreßkraft gegen die aufbauseitige Dichtung gepreßt wird. Darüber hinaus kann die Fensterscheibe (2) an ihren gegenüberliegenden Seitenrändern durch die Stellschraube (10) höhenmäßig eingestellt werden.

Herein disclosed is a window regulator for regulating a glass pane, which comprises a guide rail (2) including front and rear vertical parts (2d, 2e) and a horizontal part which extends between the front and rear vertical parts to constitute a generally U-shaped structure of the guide rail; front and rear holders (10) slidably guided by the front and rear vertical parts (2d, 2e) of the guide rail (2); a first structure securing each of the front and rear holders (10) to the window pane (9); a second structure for defining in the guide rail two cable guide grooves which extend throughout the entire length of the guide rail; two drive cables (12, 13) axially movably received in the respective cable guide grooves, the drive cables (12, 13) having given portions to which the front and rear holders are connected respectively; and drive means (16) mounted on a given portion of the guide rail (2) for axially moving the two drive cables (12, 13) in opposite directions.

A motor vehicle sliding door that may be supported by a pillar of the motor vehicle and having a sliding door assembly with a self-adaptive carriage. The self-adaptive carriage can allow for attachment of the door to the vehicle body at the A, B, or C pillars with reduced movement efforts and increased stability while accommodating manufacturing tolerance variation over large scale production runs.

In a window regulator, a positioner is provided between a pair of slider bases and a pair of windowpane holders and define a relative position therebetween in a forward/rearward direction of a vehicle; a vehicle-widthwise-directional wall is provided on each guide rail; and a pair of forward/rearward directional guide walls is provided on each slider base to hold an associated vehicle-widthwise-directional wall in the forward/rearward direction and to guide an associated slider base along an associated guide rail. A clearance in the forward/rearward direction between the vehicle-widthwise-directional wall of one guide rail and the forward/rearward-directional guide walls of one slider base is set smaller than that between the vehicle-widthwise-directional wall of the other guide rail and the forward/rearward-directional guide walls of the other slider base.
