An improved electrically operated gate having a rectangular frame with a top horizontal rail, a bottom horizontal rail and vertical ends, a roller adjacent each end extending below the bottom rail by which the gate rolls from open to closed positions, the gate moving in a longitudinal vertical plane, a roller engaging the top rail to maintain the frame in a vertical plane, an inverted horizontal rack affixed to the frame on one side thereof adjacent the frame bottom, the rack having a series of equally spaced teeth, an electric motor drive means affixed at a stationary position adjacent the gate frame and having a pinion drive gear rotatably extending therefrom below the rack and in engagement with the rack teeth, and springs to resiliently urge the pinion gear upwardly into engagement with the rack teeth so that when the electric motor is energized the frame is longitudinally moved to open or close the gate.

An automatic door opening and shutting device is disclosed. The present device comprises a support having an upper tube movable up and down toward a fixed lower tube, a driving source mounted on the upper tube of the support, a friction drive means for carrying out a friction drive of the door by transmitting power of the driving source to the door and a detecting means for detecting either person or vehicle coming in and out of the door, wherein a clockwise an anticlockwise actuation of or stop of the friction drive means can be controlled automatically by signals transmitted from the detecting means or the like.

A furniture drive system includes a mechanical control unit having a pivotably mounted control arm for moving a movable furniture part, a spring device for applying force to the control arm, and a movably mounted control part having a transmission opening for transmitting a force from the spring device to the control arm. An electrical drive unit has an electric motor for moving the movable furniture part, and a driver to be driven by the electric motor for transmitting a torque of the electric motor to the mechanical control unit. The driver can be inserted into the transmission opening, and the electrical drive unit and the mechanical control unit are designed as separate assemblies and can be fastened to each other. A contact surface for the driver is arranged laterally adjacent to the transmission opening and the driver is preloaded toward the contact surface by a force store.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schiebetürführung für ein Kraftfahrzeug mit einem Türhalter (1) zur Befestigung an einer Schiebetür, mit einer Schiene (2) zur Führung des Türhalters (1) und mit einer an dem Türhalter (1) befestigten Rollenanordnung (3), wobei die Rollenanordnung (3) eine Rolle (4a-d) mit einer Rollenkontur (5) zum Abrollen auf einer Schienenkontur (6) der Schiene (2) aufweist, sodass die Rollenanordnung (3) entlang der Schiene (2) verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenkontur (5) derart in die Schienenkontur (6) eingreift, dass zwei winklig zueinander angeordnete Eingriffsflächen (7a, b) entstehen.

An engagement mechanism of a hanging sliding door including a roller for rolling along a lower track; a connector for connecting the engagement mechanism to the respective sliding door, where the connector includes a supporting portion and an extended portion allowing holding the roller at a predefined distance from the respective sliding door; and an elastic member such as a spring connected to the roller in a manner that allows the roller to move along an axis of the elastic member that is substantially perpendicular to the sliding door tracks. The extended portion includes a holding member for holding the elastic member there-above in a manner that allows the elastic member to apply force from below the roller towards the lower track located above the roller for maintaining engagement between the roller and the lower track throughout the sliding movement thereof.
