    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A network device, such as a base station, may transmit a set of reference symbols to a user equipment (UE). Each set of reference symbols may include two (or more) beamformed signals. The network device may receive, based on the set of reference symbols, a measurement report from the UE. The measurement report may include a co-phasing indicator associated with the set of reference symbols. The network device may identify, based at least in part on the measurement report, an antenna port precoder configuration to use for communicating with the UE.

    Abstract: One apparatus may be configured to detect a set of beams from a base station. The apparatus may be further configured to select a beam of the set of beams. The apparatus may be further configured to determine at least one resource based on the selected beam. The request may indicate an index associated with the selected beam. Another apparatus may be configured to transmit a first set of beams. The other apparatus may be further configured to receive a beam adjustment request on at least one resource. The other apparatus may be further configured to determine a beam index of a beam in the first set of beams based on the request and the at least one resource.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to mitigating maximum permissible exposure (MPE) constraints based on user equipment (UE) feedback are provided. A first wireless communication device transmits, to a second wireless communication device, a plurality of reports, each report indicating an allowable transmission power level at the first wireless communication device satisfying an MPE parameter. The first wireless communication device receives, from the second wireless communication device, a first configuration based on an MPE profile associated with the first wireless communication device in response to the plurality of reports. The first wireless communication device transmits, to the second wireless communication device, a first communication signal over a first beam based on the first configuration.
