    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthogonal complex spreading method and its system for a multiplex channel by which a problem of unbalanced power between in-phase channels and orthogonal phase channels is solved, and which has an advantage over complex spreading systems proposed by CDMA-ONE in the U.S. and by W-CDMA in Japan and Europe, from the standpoint of power efficiency. SOLUTION: 'Orthogonal complex spread miodulation' is called an OCQPSK (orthogonal complex QPSK). Data for a multiplex channel and subject to gain and orthogonal Hadamard sequence for each channel, two channel data multiplied with the gain and the orthogonal Hadamard sequence are summed in a complex form, a complex multiplier applies complex multiplication to the value summed in the complex form and the outer orthogonal Hadamard sequence in a complex form, and provides outputs of in-phase information and orthogonal phase information. The in- phase information outputted from lots of blocks is summed to the in-phase information and the orthogonal phase information is summed to the orthogonal phase information, and the result is spread by using a spread code in the orthogonal complex spread method for the multiplex channel.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a system and its efficiency by generating an optimum schedule for minimizing flow time as one of system performance. SOLUTION: An initial solution is generated, f(X) is calculated and BEST- ID =K and BEST- F=(X) are conditioned. The conditions of NO=NO+1 and K=1 are determined, and a variable OFA is defined as a large value MAX. In the case of K>n, a schedule Xk excluding a work K is generated from the current solution K, and f(Xk ) is calculated. In the case of OFA>f(Xk ), the preceding stage of K=K+1 is recovered. A schedule X-a is generated and on the condition of L=1, a parameter OFB is defined as a large value MAX. In the case of L>n, the condition of Y=Xa ,b is generated, f(Y) is calculated and on the condition of f(X)>f(Y) and BEST- F>f(Y), it is replaced with BEST- ID=Y and BEST- F=f(Y). A random number R belongs to (0, 1) is generated by the replacement with X=Y and f(X)=f(Y) and the condition of P(A)=exp(-(f(X)-(f(Y)/Ck ) is found.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Y-shaped TEM cell which can optimize utilization of a test space, by a method wherein three internal conductors are provided in a test region, the support base of an object to be tested is made rotatable and three N-type connectors in a coaxial connector joint region are connected, in a taper region, to both ends of the test region. SOLUTION: N-type connectors 5 to 7 are connected to a body in a coaxial connector joint region 3 via a taper region 2 from a test region 1 in which an object to be tested is placed. The N-type connectors 5 to 7 are connected to respective left ends of a first internal conductor 11 to a third internal conductor 13 in the test region 1, and N-type connectors 8 to 10 are connected to their right ends. In addition, a gate is provided in the test region 1 in addition to a third outside conductor 16 in the center, and the state of the object to be tested is observed from a shielding window. The object to be tested is fixed to, and arranged on, a rotatable support base 4, and a support base 19 supports the body as a whole so as to be freely movable. The second internal conductor 12 and the third internal conductor 13 are installed near an upper wall and a lower wall inside the third outside conductor 16, also the first internal conductor 11 is installed near a wall, and a wide and uniform region is ensured. As a result, the utilization degree of a test space can be increased.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the separation of a model and to enable the distributed simulation on complicated problems by simulating rolling process using a real time distributed model. SOLUTION: The simulation model of one rolling process is divided into real-time objects(RTO) of rolling and control. The former is divided into the RTO of a pay-off reel, tensin reel and each work roll and also the latter is divided into the RTO of a rolling speed controller and each automatic thickness controller. At the time of simulation, first, a communication channel is formed between the simulation RTO method and the RTO, the initial values of the simulation are allocated, parameters of the rolling process or the like is read in and the result value of simulation by the model is made to approach the target value. A means (object data store method) for recoding this parameter of rolling process when the parameter approaches the target value by a data space method of the RTO is repeated according to the period of simulation.

A synchronism adjuster 14 adjusts times by duration by phonemes for synchronizing a synthesized voice to a video signal. A signal processing part 15 receives the metrical information, etc., and generates a synthesized voice by making use of a synthesis unit data base 16.
