본 발명은 도자기나 토기 등과 같이 파손되기 쉽고, 일단 파손되면 복구가 어려운 문화재의 복원을 위하여 특히 가공특성을 향상시키기 위하여 절삭특성을 향상시켜 문화재 자체에 가해지는 압력을 최소화시켜 가공의 편리성 및 유물의 안정성을 극대화할 수 있는 절삭특성이 우수한 문화재 복원용 에폭시 퍼티 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 주제부와 경화제부로 이루어지며, 상기 주제부가 메인 수지로서 에피클로로히드린을 갖는 수소화 비스페놀 에이 중합체 30 내지 60중량%, 보조 수지로서 3,4-에폭시시클로헥실메틸 3,4-에폭시시클로헥산카르복실레이트 15 내지 30중량%, 반응성 희석제로서 3-에틸-3-옥세탄메탄올 13 내지 30중량%, 말단반응제로서 프로필렌카보네이트 1 내지 3중량%, 커플링제로서 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란 1 내지 2중량%, 개시제로서 설포늄염 2 내지 4중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 수지혼합물 및 상기 수지혼합물 100중량부를 기준하여 무기충전제로서 글래스 마이크로벌룬 30 내지 60중량부를 포함하여 이루어지고; 상기 경화제부가 주경화제로서 2,2,4(2,4,4)-트리메틸-1,6-헥산디아민으로 이루어지며, 상기 주경화제 100중량부를 기준하여 무기충전제로서 탈크와 석고의 혼합물 30 내지 50중량부를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract:
The present invention to a functional reinforcing agent for repairing stone cultural heritage which is exfoliated due to natural weathering or an artificial reason. An alkoxysilane based functional reinforcing agent including pre-treatment for preserving stone cultural heritage has a feature of comprising: an alkoxysilane based pre-treating agent which has reactor to react with epoxy group; a functional filler which has epoxy group and is applied on the upper side of the alkoxysilane based pre-treating agent; an alkoxysilane based reinforcing agent which comprises by including alkoxysilane based resin which has epoxy group. Additionally, the present invention has an effect of increasing an interaction between the stone and the functional reinforcing agent; preventing a second damage of the stone which is caused by insufficient interaction between the functional reinforcing agent and the stone and friable property of alkoxysilane based reinforcing agent by treating with the alkoxysilane based reinforcing agent after treating with alkoxysilane based pre-treating agent which has reactive group to stone to increase reinforcing effect, after mixing the functional additive which has an epoxy group which is a reactive group in the alkoxysilane which is a main component of the alkoxysilane based reinforcing agent. The present invention has an effect to of preventing a big damage of stone heritage in which a part of weathered stone is destroyed in case the reinforcing part is destroyed by using a nano cluster filler which has a reactivity and granting a high mechanical stability of the alkoxysilane based reinforcing agent thereby having a less interaction between alkoxysilane based reinforcing agent and stone. PURPOSE: A structural reinforcement processing method for stone cultural properties, which uses a metal reinforcement material, is provided to implement standardized structural reinforcement by reflecting the damaged state of stone cultural properties according to a concentrated load, a surrounding load, the shape of a member, the installation condition of the member, and so forth based on scientific data. CONSTITUTION: A structural reinforcement processing method for stone cultural properties, which uses a metal reinforcement material, is as follows. A test body which has physicochemical properties identical with a stone cultural property is made, and the physicochemical properties are confirmed. The number, position, and length of a metal reinforcement material for a reinforcing work of the stone cultural property are selected according to the confirmed physicochemical properties. An insertion hole for the metal reinforcement material is bored horizontally on the one-forth position from the side center position and the lower part. One hundred parts by weight of an adhesive polymer such as an epoxy resin and an adhesive composition which contains 50300 parts by weight of a filler which is a mixture of one or two kinds selected from a group composed of zirconium, silicate, wollastonite, and talc which are coated in the insertion hole. The metal reinforcement material is inserted into the insertion hole; the erect posture of the metal reinforcement material is maintained; and the adhesive composition is hardened to fix the metal reinforcement material.

PURPOSE: An insecticidal composition containing extract or organic solvent fraction of oak pyroligneous liquor is provided to ensure excellent insecticidal effect. CONSTITUTION: An insecticidal composition contains extract of oak pyroligneous liquor as an active ingredient. The composition also contains organic solvent fraction of the extract as an active ingredient. The organic solvent fraction includes methylene chloride(MC), ethyl acetate, or butanol fraction. A method for preserving cultural properties comprises treating the cultural properties by direct spraying, applying, fumigation, or covering.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A nano composite epoxy adhesive for preservation of stone cultural heritage is provided to prevent secondary damage caused by water condensation by increasing water permeability through nano pores and yellowing caused by ultraviolet rays and moisture by saturated carbon. CONSTITUTION: A nano composite epoxy adhesive for preservation of stone cultural heritage comprises: a mixture of 40~99.99wt% epoxy resin and 0.01~60wt% nano cluster filler with an epoxy group and nano pores; and a room temperature curable hardener in an equivalence ratio of 0.8~1.2. The epoxy resin is hydrogenated bisphenol A type epoxy, hydrogenated bisphenol F type epoxy, biphenol type epoxy, phenol novolac epoxy, and cresol novolac epoxy, which have two or more epoxy groups in molecule.

PURPOSE: A polymer impregnation method for a stone structure is provided to easily remove foreign substances or residues from the stone structure when using for a preservation process, and to improve the water repellency of the stone structure. CONSTITUTION: A polymer impregnation method for a stone structure impregnating monomer to a stone cultural property by pressurizing comprises a pre-processing step of spreading a surface treating agent to the surface of the stone structure. The surface treating agent is obtained by dissolving 0.5~10wt% of fluorine water repellent including a perfluoroalkyl group with the average molecular weight of 1,000~10,000 to a polar solvent or water.
