PURPOSE: A producing method of a drink composition is provided to effectively provide the flavor of Oenanthe javanica, and to be helpful for quenching thirst. CONSTITUTION: A drink composition contains: an extract obtained by mixing Oenanthe javanica and sugar in a weight ratio of 1:1, and fermenting the mixture; jujube concentrate; and an Actinidia polygama fruit extract as active ingredients.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional Poncirus Fructus ferment extract containing large amount of functional content is provided to provide functional Poncirus Fructus ferment extract containing various metabolic functional component and the extract manufactured thereby has an excellent anti-oxidant effect by containing large amount of functional component like total flavonoid and total tannin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional Poncirus Fructus ferment extract containing large amount of functional content comprises the first step of removing moisture from the rinsed Poncirus Tructus, fermenting from the fermentation room, and air drying; the second step of performing roasting process of the dried Poncirus Fructus; the thrid step of drying the roasted material; and the fourth step of extracting the dried material by addting extracted solvent. From he first step of the manufacturing method, the fermentation is processed from 60-95% of moisture content, 20-60 degree Celsius maintained fermentation room for 1day to 1 week. CONSTITUTION: Reconstituted food uses a food binding agent containing aromatic medical herbs. The reconstituted food additionally contains enzymes, animal protein, lactose, phosphate, silicon dioxide, salt, black pepper powder, and MSG. The reconstituted food also additionally contains calcium oxide, organic acid, starch, and dextrin. The aromatic medical herbs are selected from boswellia carterii, aquilaria agallocha, santalum album, saussurea lappa, agastache rugosa, cloves, cnidium officinale, or cinnamon.

CONSTITUTION: A food composition for preventing and curing obesity contains 26.3wt% of fresh cream, 9.7wt% of dried skim milk, 10.9wt% of refined sugar, 8.7wt% of starch syrup, 0.2wt% of stabilizer, 0.2wt% of emulsifier, 0.3wt% of curcuma zedoaria extract, and 43.9wt% of purified water. The food composition has a form of ice cream.
