The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of half-dried sweet potatoes and half-dried sweet potatoes manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method of half-dried sweet potatoes includes a second processing step in which sweet potatoes processed by a first processing step is heated. The sweet potatoes processed by the first processing step has a specific surface area of 20-40 cm^2/g.

PURPOSE: A producing method of pig feed using yellow soil cultivated sweet potato, and pork from pigs fed with the pig feed are provided to use the yellow soil cultivated sweet potato dried at 12~13deg C for preventing the decomposition. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pig feed using yellow soil cultivated sweet potato comprises the following steps: selecting samples with the low quality yellow soil cultivated sweet potato; washing the yellow soil cultivated sweet potato with water for removing foreign materials; cutting the sweet potato, and drying the cut sweet potato using a hot air drier at 40~50deg C; crushing dried sweet potato into 700~800microns; and packing the product into a vinyl sack.

PURPOSE: A method for making sugar-preserved sweet potato by heating sweet potato with sugar syrup is provided to make novel processed products such as sweet jelly of sweet potato and sweet potato pound cake. CONSTITUTION: A method for making sugar-preserved sweet potato comprises: a step of cut raw sweet potato in 15mm×15mm×10mm of cube; a step of mixing white sugar and black sugar in a weight ratio of 1:1 and putting the mixed sugar to the cubed sweet potato and heating at boiling point; a step of drying in a microwave range or oven; a step of putting the dried sweet potato with sugar syrup and sealing. The sugar-preserved sweet potato is used manufacturing processed product such as sweet jelly, pound cake or sliced bread.

A laver product containing selenium, and a method for preparing the laver product are provided to allow selenium to be taken in easily. A laver product containing selenium contains 1.2 mug/g or more of selenium which is introduced artificially. A method for preparing the laver product comprises the steps of mixing laver and a selenium solution; washing the obtained laver with fresh water; and dehydrating and drying the washed laver.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for improving meat quality by feeding brown algae waste which has not hitherto been used as feed to Korean native cattle is provided which increases the content of iodine and mineral in meat and meat quality indices and decreases shear force of meat while improving the tenderness thereof. CONSTITUTION: For improving meat quality, a specified amount of brown algae (Undaria pinnatifida) waste is fed to cattle. For example, a mixture of 100g brown algae waste and 1kg rice bran is fed to Korean native cattle for two months, the result shows an increase in iodine content and color and a decrease in shear force and unsaturated fatty acid content.
