Abstract:
The invention relates to a hinge system for folding doors. The inventive system is intended for doors comprising two leaves which are articulated to one another using hinges and which have a considerable weight. According to the invention, a large groove (2) is provided all along the edge of each leaf (1) that is intended to be articulated to another leaf and a metal section (3) is inserted and fixed therein by means of holes (4), the length of said section equalling that of the edge. Moreover, the metal section (3) is grooved and comprises a constricted opening, such that a head (8) belonging to the corresponding shaft (9) of each hinge can be connected inside said groove (6). The head is connected to the constricted opening (7) of the groove (6) in a tongue-and-groove manner. In this way, the shaft (9) and, consequently, the entire hinge can be connected to the section (3) by means of a slide element, can adopt any position along the length of the section, and can be permanently fixed by pressing the head (8) against the constricted opening of said section using a pair of setscrews (11) which are disposed inside threaded openings in the head (8) and which press against the base of the groove (6).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a regulation mechanism for built-in sliding doors of the type comprising a sliding leaf (4), a guide (6) in the lower part of said sliding leaf (4) and a fixed stop (16) inside said guide (6), comprising a cover (1) fixed at the end of the sliding leaf (4), a mobile stop (2) slidable through the inner part of the guide (6) situated between the cover (1) and the fixed stop (16), and an adjustment screw (3) traversing the cover (1) and the mobile stop (2) by means of which the relative position between both elements (1) and (2) is regulated.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a synchronized actuation system for sliding doors, of the type of those formed, in which the improvements consist of the fact that the pulling grip (1) and the free grip (2) have flanges (12) and in that the belt (4) and free (2) and pulling (1) grips are joined by means of a connecting shoe (3). With this configuration it is possible to carry out assembly and maintenance operations vertically and therefore in situ, this being a substantial improvement of the main patent.
Abstract:
Self-closing device for sliding doors of the type comprising at least one sliding leaf (2) which is hung from an upper profile (3). Said device (1) comprises a drive belt (10) configured to be joined to the sliding leaf (2); a closing pulley (20), provided with elastic means (30), which is arranged on a first rotation axis (4) integral to the upper profile (3) and which engages with a first end (11) of the drive belt (10); and a brake pulley (40), provided with stopping means (50), which is arranged on a second rotation axis (5) integral to the upper profile (3) and which engages with a second end (12) of the drive belt (10) opposite to the first end (11), thus the rotation movement of both pulleys (20, 40) being connected by the drive belt (10).
Abstract:
Simultaneous displacement device for sliding doors, being a first sliding leaf (7) joined to a first cogged belt (9) established between a first set of cogged pulleys (11) and (12) which rotate freely on a first axis (13) and second axis (14) respectively, and a second sliding leaf (8) joined to a second cogged belt (10) established between a second set of cogged pulleys (15) and (16) which rotate freely on said first axis (13) and second axis (14) respectively, said device comprising clutching means (2) which enable to adopt a first position where the first cogged belt (9) and the second cogged belt (10) move independently, and a second position where the first cogged belt (9) and the second cogged belt (10) move integrally to enable the simultaneous displacement of the first sliding leaf (7) and of the second sliding leaf (8).
