    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a up-link power control method for satellite broadcast transmission station for compensating the nonlinear characteristics of a high output amplifier used for transmission and amplifying the high frequency signal of a transmission object to an appropriate level. SOLUTION: An attenuator 42 for adjusting the level of transmission signals, a power controller 41 for controlling the attenuation of the attenuator corresponding to the reception level of beacon signals from a satellite, a converter 50 for converting the transmission signals whose level is adjusted in the attenuator 42 to the high frequency signals and the high output amplifier 60 for amplifying the converted high frequency signals and transmitting them to the satellite are provided. The power controller 41 controls the attenuation amount of the attenuator 42 so as to linearly increase the level of the high frequency signals transmitted to the satellite for the increase of the attenuation of the received beacon signals based on characteristics for compensating the nonlinear characteristics of the high output amplifier 60.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel congested state of traffic by permitting a wideband terminal equipment (B-TE) to execute transmission by means of exceeding bond width mediated by call/connection acceptance control and canceling a state, in which the loss of a cell in a ring easily occurs. SOLUTION: When B-TE*311 receives the cell from BTE*303 positioned on the upper stage of the ring, the cell is dropped from a CRAD part 319 to an AAL reception part 318, if the transmission destination of the cell is for oneself. When the transmission destination is not for oneself, the cell is relayed to the ring in the direction of downstream via the CRAD part 319. Then, the functions of drop and relay are executed simultaneously. The cell in respective B-TE* is dropped and relayed, based on information of a virtual channel identifier and virtual route identifier in the header of the ATM cell. Four kinds of queues are used for respective B-TE*311 which are the multi-access wide band terminals.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a data encryption method not inferior in terms of execution speed as well while maintaining high safety and confidentiality, by adding a byte shift function and dynamic allocation transform scheme to conventional data encryption standard algorithm. SOLUTION: The bit shift function(BSF) is executed before a right side block (32 bit)) is applied to the next round to deal with a linear cryptoanalysis. Namely, the bit shift function(BSF) is a method for comparing the input and output of an S box, analyzing the correlative relation thereof and determining a linear approximation equation relating to the nonlinear S box. The input of the bit shift function(BSF) is shifted by using a module path as an element for dealing with relating to the linear cryptoanalysis method. The dynamic allocation transform (DATA) is executed by using the round key (Ki) formed in order to intensify the function of an (f) function after the bit shift function(BSF) is executed. The confidentiality of the data is improved by proving the method with the element relating to differential cryptoanalysis.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that reduction of data transmission capabil ity or the like is caused to degrade the performance of the Internet because data processing is delayed according as a packet passes the same data transmis sion route reaching an objective mode, due to fixed data in a routing table. SOLUTION: With respect to a routing method for distribution of the traffic load in a packet network, an intermediate node address and an objective node address are given to a packet as the transmission object on the basis of information stored in the routing table in the packet network, where many nodes are constituted, so that the prescribed packet may be transmitted to the objective node through the shortest route, and the packet is transmitted to the objective mode through the shortest route between an intermediate node and the objective node after being transmitted to the intermediate node through the shortest route between the departure node and the intermediate node, and thus the data transmission route is varied in accordance with the intermediate node.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily house user information of variable rates and to reduce interference concerning a specific rate by performing diffusion by a long pseudo noise(PN) code with the same code offset and performing diffusion by a long PN code with mutually different code offsets depending on the velocity of a digital bit. SOLUTION: When a value obtained by squaring a digital bit velocity and the length of an orthogonal code is equal to a chip velocity, after performing diffusion by the orthogonal code by a group of orthogonal diffusing devices 31, this output is switched to a group of long PN diffusing devices 33. The group 33 performs diffusion by long PN codes with the same code offset. When the value obtained by squaring the digital bit velocity and the length of the orthogonal code is not equal to the chip velocity, traffic data is switched to the group 33. The group 33 executes diffusion by the long PN code with the mutually different code offset.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute fast analog arithmetic through the use of an analog voltage value by providing a pulse extracting means and an electric discharging means, etc., for discharging the current of an electric storing means while being fed back with the output of the pulse extracting means as a control means. SOLUTION: The pulse output of a pulse extracting part 13 is fed back as the control signal to turn on the third analog switch 140 of an electric charge discharging part 14. Thereby, the current of a capacitor 111 is discharged through an electric discharge adjusting part 141. This process continues until the voltage of the capacitor 111 becomes smaller than the reference voltage of a voltage comparator 121, and a pulse extraction part 13 outputs a pulse in the cycle of a master clock. Consequently, a voltage/pulse converter which is capable of fast analog arithmetic through the use of an analog voltage value in analog signal processing and analog/digital mix signal processing is obtained by changing a pulse by the voltage change of the capacitor 111.
