Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a superconductive accelerometer having a higher resolving power with a smaller and simple structure by removing the oscillation of an inertial mass as caused by the convection of a refrigerant as noise in the detection of acceleration. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises an inertial mass 10 suspended swingably within a magnetically shielded space in the atmosphere of a gas, a permanent magnet 14 as magnetic field generation means arranged adjacent to it, a SQUID fluxmeter 15 for measuring changes in magnetic flux as caused by variations of the interval between the inertial mass and the magnetic field generation means, A magnetic shield 11, the SQUID fluxmeter 15 and the internal mass 10 surrounding the space are made of a high temperature superconductive material. Thus, the magnetic shield is cooled down below the critical temperature in the transition to the superconductive state thereof, thereby keeping the whole of the accelerometer below the critical temperature in the transition to the superconductive state thereof.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burnt gas discharging self-circulating burner which does not allow a burnt gas to be readily mixed with a premixed gas or fresh air even when the burner makes continuous combustion without using any blower, compressor, nor pump. SOLUTION: This self-circulating burner is constituted in such a way that, in an outer duct 1 constituting this burner, a fuel injector 2 is set up nearly concentrically with the duct 1 and, at the same time, an inner duct 6 is arranged nearly concentrically with the duct 1 at a distance from the injector 2 on the downstream side of the injector 2. Then an annular passage 7, through which a mixed gas of fuel and fresh air is made to flow, is formed between the external surface of the inner duct 6 and internal surface of the outer duct 1 and the upstream side of the inner duct 6 is caused to communicate with the passage 7 and part of the burnt gas is made to return to the annular passage as a circular glow by utilizing a bottom pressure section formed in the inner duct 6.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attitude control method for an orbital non-cooperative object capable of damping the angular momentum of the orbital non-cooperative object by simple method without a large-scale system such as a net, tether or the like. SOLUTION: A projection material 2 is projected to the non-cooperative objet 1 freely moving on aerospace orbit from another satellite to apply an impact in the direction of damping the angular momentum, thereby reducing the angular momentum. Accordingly, the movement of the non-cooperative object can be made into a single spin or stopped so that capture by a robot arm or the like is enabled.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electric insulating coating film material excellent in heat resistance, heat transmittance and heat resistance strain characteristics in use at normal temperatures of 200-500 deg.C, in which an electric insulating coating film is formed at a heat treatment temperature of 500 deg.C or lower. SOLUTION: In a fabricating method, an electric insulating coating film material including a mixture 4 composed of composite glass powder containing water lass, PbO or the like and electric insulating powder is applied onto a metal substrate 2, followed by drying and heating, thereby causing a thermal oxidation reaction. Thus, an electric insulating coating film 7 consisting of an electric insulating oxide layer 5 and a glass-based coating film 6 is formed on the metal substrate.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure load data with good efficiency and in large quantities by a method, wherein a plumb bob is made to fall freely on a coupled body and the load data which is loaded on a plurality of shock absorbing members is measured by each load meter. SOLUTION: When a plumb bob 1 falls freely on a base, for shock-absorbing device mounting, whose surface is kept horizontal, the plumb bob 1 applies a load in the x-axis direction with reference to the base 2 for mounting in a state where the coupling protruding part 1a of the plumb bob 1 is fitted to the recessed part of the base 2 for mounting. When an impact force with reference to shock absorbing device M1, M2 due to the fall of the plumb bob 1 is at a certain value or higher, respective pins 10 for limit load guarantee of the absorbing devices M1, M2 are broken, compressed load is given in the axial direction of respective members 6 for absorption with respect of to taps 5 of the absorbing devices M1, M2, and cracks are generated along grooves, which are formed on outer circumferential faces of the members 6 for absorption. Therefore, load level at of start destruction of the pins 10 can be suppressed to be low, and the destruction of the pins 10 progresses stably. As a result, a load which is applied to the members 6 for absorption can be kept nearly constant over a comparatively long time.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-temperature superconducting accelerometer having high resolution, capable of miniaturizing and simplifying cooling equipment and using liquid nitrogen, one of unlimited resources, in place of liquid helium of rare gas. SOLUTION: An inertial mass 2 consisting of a high-temperature superconducting body is oscillatably supported in a superconducting magnetic shield 1, and a permanent magnet 4 is disposed as a magnetic field generating means to generate strong magnetic field. When acceleration acts, a gap between the inertial mass having properties of complete diamagnetism and the permanent magnet changes and flux density also changes, which is measured by a superconducting quantum interference flux meter 5 using a Josephson effect.
