Abstract: 본 발명은 태양전지모듈이 구비된 보조수키와 및 한옥지붕구조에 대한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 시공이 간편할뿐만 아니라 비용이 저렴하며, 남향 한옥의 특성에 맞는 태양광발전이 가능한 태양전지모듈이 구비된 보조수키와 및 한옥지붕구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 태양전지모듈이 구비된 보조수키에 의하면 수키와에 태양전지모듈을 직접 부착하지 않고 보조수키와를 덧씌움으로써 간단한 방법으로 태양광발전이 가능한 수키와를 구현할수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A Korean-style house roof tile is provided to simplify a structure and to reduce weight of a roof due to dry construction. CONSTITUTION: A Korean-style house roof tile comprises a rafter(110), a pillow timber(120), an extension rafter(130), a run-off bout(140), an insulating material or a waterproof material, a roofing tile hanger(160), and a ridge roof supporting board(170). The rafter comprises a short rafter(111) and a long rafter(113). The pillow timber is arranged in a longitudinal direction while intersecting with the short rafter and the long rafter on a section in which the short rafter and the long rafter are connected. The extension rafter is closely arranged to the rafter and the pillow timber. The run-off bout is fixed to an upper surface of the extension rafter and finishes a surface of the extension rafter. The insulating material or a waterproof material is installed on an upper surface of the run-off bout. The roofing tile hanger is installed on the upper surface of the insulating material or the waterproof material to hang a gear. The ridge roof supporting board is arranged at a top end of a roof to support a ridge roof(60).

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric hinge is provided to separate a door from a door frame without removing a fixing member coupled to a door side hinge piece. CONSTITUTION: An electric hinge(100) comprises a hinge pin, a doorframe side hinge piece(120), a door side hinge piece(130), a separating member(140), and an electric sensor(400). The doorframe side hinge piece is fixed to a doorframe and comprises primary insertion portion. The door side hinge piece is fixed to a door and comprises secondary insertion portion for a hinge pin. The separating member is detachably connected to a lower part of the hinge pin. The separating member transmits signals having constant frequencies. The electric sensor comprises a groove, in which the separating member is inserted. The electric sensor separates the separating member from the hinge pin if the frequencies from the separating member are the frequencies for opening/closing the door.
