Abstract:
PURPOSE: An antioxidant composition including stichopus extracts having anti-oxidant activity is provided to deactivate the active oxygen, thereby applying to all diseases related to the active oxygen. CONSTITUTION: An antioxidant composition includes stichopus extracts or fractions thereof. The Stichopus is a body wall or internal organs of the Stichopus. The Stichopus fractions is chloroform fraction, hexane fraction, ethylacetate fraction or butanol fraction. The concentration of the stichopus extracts or the fractions is 0.1-0.5 mg/mL. The Stichopus extracts or the fractions are obtained by the following steps: extracting by adding 80% methanol to stichopus and vacuumed drying thereof; dissolving the dried extract in water and partitioning thereof with chloroform; and vacuum drying the fractions.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical or food composition containing sea cucumber-derived compounds and a method for preparing the same are provided to treat or prevent diabetes without side effect. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diabetes contains a compound of chemical formulas 1-4 as an active ingredient. The compound of chemical formula 1 or 2 is isolated from body wall of the sea cucumber and the compound of chemical formula 3 or 4 is isolated from intestine of sea cucumber. A method for preparing the sea cucumber extract comprises: a step of extracting sea cucumber with 80% methanol and drying the extract by vacuum; a step of dissolving the dried extract with water and fractioning with hexane; and a step of drying the fraction by vacuum. The extract contains the compounds of chemical formulas 1-4.

PURPOSE: A composition for reducing cholesterol by zymolysis of squid is provided to decompose squid in a peptide of low molecule and to reduce blood cholesterol. CONSTITUTION: A composition for reducing cholesterol contains enzyme lysate of squid a main ingredient. The enzyme lysate of squid is obtained by hydrolysate of squid using an enzyme. A pharmaceutical composition for reducing cholesterol contains the composition and pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. A health food composition for reducing cholesterol contains the composition and sitologically acceptable excipient.

PURPOSE: A natural seasoning using cuttlefish internal organs and a preparation method thereof are provided to replace a chemical seasoning to improve consumer preference. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a natural seasoning using cuttlefish internal organs comprises the following steps of: washing cuttlefish internal organs and dehydrating them; grinding the cuttlefish internal organs; mixing water, koji, salt, and ground cuttlefish internal organs at a ratio of 0.3:0.05:0.05-0.15:1; fermenting the mixture at 17~23°C for 2-5 weeks; sterilizing the mixture at 100°C for 10 minutes, and freeze-drying and grinding the mixture; and mixing the 30g mixture, 5-20g salt, 5g nucleic acid, 10g glucose, 5g red pepper powder, 3g soybean paste powder, 1g onion powder, 0.5g ginger powder, and 2g garlic powder.

A lysozyme derived from Scallop(Patinopecten yessoensis) viscera is provided to actively inhibit growth of both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Vibrio vulnificus at relatively low temperature and low hydrogen concentration. A lysozyme is isolated and purified from Scallop(Patinopecten yessoensis) viscera through affinity chromatography and has characteristic properties of molecular weight of 14.3 kDa, optimal temperature of 20-30 deg.C, optimal pH of 5.0 and optimal stability pH of 5.0-6.0 and excellent antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria including Escherichia coli and Vibrio vulnificus.

본 발명은 불가사리 부화액 추출물에서 분리 및 정제한 신규한 부화 효소에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 상기 불가사리 부화 효소의 효소 역가를 확인하고, 효소의 최대 역가 조건을 수립하였으며, 상기 효소가 켈로이드 또는 흉터의 원인이 되는 타입 Ⅰ 콜라겐의 가수분해 역가를 가지므로, 켈로이드 또는 흉터의 치료 또는 예방용 화장료 조성물로 이용 가능한 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for extracting pigment from microalgae and a composition containing fucoxanthin for preventing or treating obesity or diabetes are provided to enhance stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting pigment from microalgae comprises a step of performing accelerated solvent extraction using 10-100% ethanol at 0-1,500 psi and 40-160 Deg.C. for 1-30 minutes. The microalgae include Chlorophyte, Phaeophyceae, Rhodophyte, Cyanophyta, Bacillariophycea, Dinophyta, or Haptophyta. The pigment is fucoxanthin. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity or diabetes contains fucoxanthin.

PURPOSE: Natural seasonings including microalgae protein hydrolysate, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the protein-dissolving capacity of microalgae before hydrolyzing the microalgae. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of natural seasonings including microalgae protein hydrolysate comprises the following steps: processing chlorella vulgaris or tetraselmis suecica with ultrasonic waves using an ultrasonic generator in the frequency of 90-100kHz for 4-5 hours for eluting protein; and producing the protein hydrolysate by hydrolyzing the protein for 50-60 minutes using proteinase in the pH of 6-7. The proteinase is alcalase.
