Abstract: PURPOSE: A mobile terminal-based multiple control system and a method thereof are provided to construct a Bluetooth network between a mobile terminal and a central control device and a Zigbee network between the central control device and devices, thereby remotely controlling home appliances in various places. CONSTITUTION: A CPU(Central Processing Unit) (20) comprises a Bluetooth access point (24), a Zigbee application (32), a signal converter (28), and a Zigbee router (30). The signal converter converts a Bluetooth signal outputted from the Bluetooth access point into a Zigbee signal and outputs the Zigbee signal. The Zigbee router transmits the Zigbee signal outputted from the signal converter. Each of multiple devices (40-1~40-n) comprises a Zigbee end device. The Zigbee end device receives the Zigbee signal from the Zigbee router and executes the Zigbee signal.
