Abstract:
본 발명은 항생제 내성균 검출용 마이크로어레이 및 이를 이용한 항생제 내성균 분석 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 대표적인 식중독 원인균인 대장균 (Escherichia coli), 살모넬라 엔테리티디스 (Salmonella enteritidis) 및 포도상구균 (Staphylococcus aureus)에서 항생제 내성균을 검출할 수 있는 마이크로어레이 및 이를 이용한 항생제 내성균 분석 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 마이크로어레이를 이용할 경우, 신속하고 정확하게 항생제 내성균을 검출할 수 있다.

본 발명은 멍게 물렁병 진단용 마커 조성물 및 상기 마커를 포함하는 멍게 물렁병 진단 키트 및 멍게 물렁병 진단 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 마커를 이용하면 빠르고 정확하게 멍게 물렁병의 진단이 가능하므로, 멍게 물렁병의 확산을 막을 수 있으며, 효과적인 방제가 가능하다.

PURPOSE: A marker and a primer set for diagnosing soft tunic syndrome in sea squirt are provided to quickly and accurately diagnose soft tunic syndrome and to effectively prevent soft tunic syndrome in sea squirt. CONSTITUTION: A marker composition for diagnosing soft tunic syndrome in sea squirt contains a forward primer and a reverse primer with a partial sequence of one protein selected among flagellated protozoa alpha-tubulin, beta-tubulin, actin, and endo or 60S ribosomal protein L7. One or more primer sets are selected among a primer set of sequenced numbers 1 and 2, a primer set of sequence numbers 3 and 4, a primer set of sequence numbers 5 and 6, a primer set of sequence numbers 7 and 8, and a primer set of sequence numbers 9 and 10. A kit for diagnosing soft tunic syndrome in sea squirt contains the composition.

An immunoglobulin purified from Paralichthys olivaceus is provided to be used for studying about L.garvieae through further study utilized by the same and provide useful information required for developing a diagnostic marker and a vaccine. An immunoglobulin is characterized in that it is isolated and purified from Paralichthys olivaceus serum and consists of a heavy chain having an isoelectric point of 5.0-6.4 and a molecular weight of 66-68 kDa and a light chain having an isoelectric point of 4-7 and a molecular weight of 25-27 kDa. A method for preparing a monoclonal antibody against the immunoglobulin of Paralichthys olivaceus comprises the steps of: (a) after immunizing the Paralichthys olivaceus with an immunoglobulin of an animal, isolating serum of the Paralichthys olivaceus; (b) purifying immunoglobulin from the serum using protein A, mannan binding protein, or immunoaffinity column; and (c) after collecting spleens from mouse immunized by the immunoglobulin, fusing them with myeloma cells. A kit for detecting immunoglobulin of Paralichthys olivaceus comprises a solid support where a monoclonal antibody regarding the immunoglobulin of the Paralichthys olivaceus is fixed by a covalent bond or a physical absorption, at least one solution including detectable color developing agent, a buffered washing solution and a sample required for quality management.

The present invention relates to a microarray for the detection of antibiotic resistant microbes and a method for analyzing the antibiotic resistant microbes using the same, particularly a microarray for the detection of antibiotic resistant microbes from Escherichia coli, Salmonella enteritidis, and Staphylococcus aureus which cause food poisoning, and a method for analyzing the antibiotic resistant microbes using the same. The antibiotic resistant microbes are rapidly and accurately detected by using the microarray.

PURPOSE: A Halocynthia roretzi protection system is provided to effectively prevent parasite and bacteria causing Halocynthia roretzi diseases. CONSTITUTION: A Halocynthia roretzi protection system comprises: a supply pipe(100) with a spray hole; an air pump(200) which guides air to the supply pipe; a medicine case(300) containing a medicine; a medicine pump(400) which guides the medicine to the supply pipe; and a control unit(500) which controls driving of the air pump and the medicine pump. The control unit controls mixture ratio of the medicine and air and has an operation panel which controls administration time of the medicine.
