Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotating device of a robot and a robot arm using the same is provided to fix the motion of a robot when a motor is stopped and perform control operation. CONSTITUTION: A rotating device(100) of a robot comprises a screw member(8), two rotating members(20,40), and a nut member(60). The screw member connects to a motor(50). A screw portion is formed on the outer circumference of the screw member. Two rotating members connect to an endless track member(30). A female screw portion of the nut member is coupled with the screw portion of the screw member. The nut member is coupled with the endless track member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A deburring apparatus for removing burrs formed in cross holes of a work piece is provided to implement effective deburring even in case of a small cross angle of cross holes because a plurality of deburring saws scratch burrs of from the cross holes. CONSTITUTION: A deburring apparatus for removing burrs formed in cross holes of a work piece comprises a machine mounting unit(10), a deburring shaft(40), a deburring guide(20), an elastic member(30), and deburring saws(50). The deburring shaft reciprocates by interlocking with the machine mounting shaft. The deburring guide has a shaft through hole and a shaft holding protrusion. The deburring shaft is located to pass through the shaft through hole so that the reciprocation is guided. The elastic member provides an elastic force in a direction of separating the machine mounting unit and the deburring guide. Each deburring saw, one end of which is attached to an edge of the deburring shaft while the other end is elastically bent in the longitudinal direction of the deburring shaft, is inserted in a cross hole and reciprocated to remove burrs from the cross hole.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A robot arm is provided to prevent power loss by efficient control and to reduce costs using a low-output motor of low price. CONSTITUTION: A robot arm comprises a case(10), a motor mounting plate, an internal gear(50), and an arm unit(500). The lower side of the case is opened. The motor mounting plate is installed inside the base to be rotated. A pinion gear(95) and a motor(940) are installed on the motor mounting plate. The internal gear comprises a communicating opening and a gear. The communicating opening is connected to the lower side opening of the case. The gear is coupled with the pinion gear along the inner surface of the communicating opening. The arm unit is coupled with motor mounting plate.
