Abstract:
본 발명은 다음의 화학식 1로 표현되는 단량체 X와 화학식 2로 표현되는 단량체 Y를 단일- 또는 공중합시켜서 얻어지는 가용성의 전기전도성 고분자, 상기 전기전도성 고분자에 자기특성 산화철 나노입자를 고르게 분산시켜서 얻어지며 자기특성과 전기전도성을 동시에 갖는 자기특성 산화철 나노입자와 전기전도성 고분자의 나노복합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are an electrically conductive polymer, a nanocomposite of the polymer and an iron oxide nanoparticle which has both magnetic property and electrical conductivity and has an excellent processability owing to solubility and its preparation method. CONSTITUTION: The electrically conductive polymer is prepared by polymerizing a monomer X represented by the formula 1 or a monomer Y represented by the formula 2, has a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-10,000,000 and is soluble, wherein Z is an imine group or a vinyl group; Q is S, Se or N-R7; and R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 are independently H, a hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, a halide, an alkyl group of C1-C50, an alkoxy group, an alkylcarboxyl group, an alkyl ester group, a hydroxyalkyl group, a nitroalkyl group, a cyanoalkyl group, a haloalkyl group, an oxyhaloalkyl group, a cyanohaloalkyl group, an aryl group, an oxyaryl group, a haloaryl group, a nitroaryl group, a cyanoaryl group, an oxyhaloalkylaryl group, a haloalkylaryl group, a nitrohaloalkylaryl group and a cyanohaloalkylaryl group.

The present invention provides a method for preparing a 3-dimensional inverse opal photonic crystal structure, which, in an electrochromic device in order to achieve a rapid discoloration effect in high electrical conductivity, has self-assembly nanoparticles adjusting reflectance in the size adjustment of the nanoparticles for a template and which conductive polymers capable of penetrating or polymerizing in a liquid form are used with an oxidizing agent.
