본 발명은 전기전도도를 가진 전도성 섬유와 합성섬유를 혼합 연사하여 제작한 전도성 혼합섬유를 위사/경사로 사용하여 직물형태로 제작함으로써 특정 표면저항을 갖는 전도성 혼합직물층; 섬유 고유의 유전율을 갖는 합성섬유를 위사/경사로 사용하여 직물형태로 제작한 제 1 합성직물층; 상기 전도성 혼합직물을 외부환경으로부터 보호하기 위한, 합성섬유를 위사/경사로 사용하여 직물형태로 제작한 제 2 합성직물층; 및 입사된 전자파를 반사하는 기능의 금속 배면층을 포함하는 직물형 전자파 흡수체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 직물형 전자파 흡수체에 전자파가 입사되는 경우, 상기 전자파는 본 발명의 직물형 전자파 흡수체를 구성하는 직물들의 도전손실과 유전손실에 의해 흡수된다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A fabric electromagnetic wave absorber is provided to maximize mass production and maximally reduce fabrication costs by absorbing electromagnetic waves using the dielectric loss of conductive mixed fiber and a mixed fabric layer and the dielectric loss of a synthetic fiber layer. CONSTITUTION: A conductive mixed fabric layer(100) is weaved by using conductive blend fiber as weft and warp. A first synthetic fabric layer(200) is weaved by using synthetic fiber as the weft and the wrap. A second synthetic fabric layer(300) for protecting the conductive mixed fabric layer is weaved by using the synthetic fiber as the weft and the wrap. A metal rear layer(400) reflects incident electromagnetic waves.

본 발명은 연쇄상 다층 구조 방탄재료와 그 제조방법 및 방탄복에 관한 것으로 방탄용 직물이나 방탄용 적층물을 수회(數回) 래핑하여 이음매가 없는 다층 구조의 방탄재료를 제조함으로써, 외부의 충격에너지를 흡수하여 소멸시키는 얀 또는 섬유의 충격흡수길이가 증가하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명에서는 연쇄상 다층 구조 방탄재료의 길이방향을 따라 일정간격마다 구속부를 형성함으로써, 충격에너지의 전파(傳播)가 래핑방향으로 유도되어 더 많은 충격에너지가 소멸할 수 있도록 하고, 중첩해 있는 각층(各層)의 상대이동이 억제되도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A bulletproof material of a multilayer structure continued seamlessly, a manufacturing method thereof and a bulletproof jacket are provided to remove the external shock energy of bulletproof fabrics or laminated materials through the energy absorbing mechanism like as a yarn pullout, a fiber plastic deformation, and a fiber fracture. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bulletproof material(100) of a multilayer structure continued seamlessly comprises the following steps. The materials for the bulletproof or laminated materials are lapping many times. The seamless multilayer is formed. Accordingly, the elimination amount of the pulling of the yarn and the shock energy disappearing the plastic deformation and burst of the fiber is increased.

PURPOSE: A bulletproof composite material, body-armor and manufacturing method using shear thickening fluid laminated fabric of unconfined condition are provided to improve bulletproof performance especially when impact is added at high speed. CONSTITUTION: Shear thickening fluid is laminated in a fabric of fixed width in order to manufacture a shear thickening fluid laminated fabric(200) of unconfined condition. The general bullet-proof textile(100), having wider width than the shear thickening fluid laminated fabric, is arranged on both faces of the shear thickening fluid laminated fabric in more than one layers. The edge part of the general bullet-proof textile, excluding the shear thickening fluid laminated fabric, is combined with each other by a sewing method, adhesion method, or a tightening method.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of yarns for shielding electromagnetic waves is provided to manufacture shielding yarns to weave the electromagnetic wave shielding textiles by a core part or a covering part. CONSTITUTION: Yarns(100) for shielding electromagnetic waves comprises the following: a core part(110); a conductive body part(120) formed with a conductive material to shield electromagnetic waves, and to is formed to surround the core part; and a covering part(130) covering the conductive body part. The conductive body part is formed with conductive fiber filaments. The core part is made with flexible fiber.
