The present invention relates to a HAPCC CR-08-2 strain [KCTC 12319BP] of cryptophyte Teleaulax amphioxeia as a plant live food for aquiculture, and more specifically, to cryptophyte Teleaulax amphioxeia as a plant live food for aquiculture, which has excellent adaptability to salinity change, is more highly nutritious than chlorella used as a plant live food in the prior art, improves the growth and fecundity rate of zooplankton as well as increases the growth and survival rate of larvae of Adamussium colbecki when being supplied as a feed for the larvae of Adamussium colbecki, and retains antioxidant activity in the embryoid body thereof.

PURPOSE: A method for massively culturing Dinophysis acuminate is provided to massively culture Dinophysis acuminate and use as a standard toxin when analyzing toxin component. CONSTITUTION: A method for massively culturing Dinophysis acuminate comprises: a step of inoculating Myrionecta rubra and teleaulax in a density ratio of 1:10-1:15; a step of sub-culturing Myrionecta rubra at 10-30°C under serial light; a step of inoculating cultured Myrionecta rubra in a water bath to which air is supplied; a step of stirring Myrionecta rubra and seawater medium and culturing Myrionecta rubra massively; a step of inoculating Myrionecta rubra and Dinophysis acuminate in an initial density of 1:10-1:30; a step of sub-culturing the Dinophysis acuminate at 10-30°C; and a step of inoculating Dinophysis acuminate in a water bath. The seawater is f/2-Si medium.
