Abstract:
본 발명은 알츠하이머병, 파킨슨병, 뇌졸중 및 다발성 경화증으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 퇴행성 신경질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서 신규한 헥사사이클릭 다이아민 알칼로이드 유도체 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따르면, 세포 독성 없이 신경세포의 염증유발 물질 생성 및 활성을 효과적으로 억제함으로써 알츠하이머병, 파킨슨병, 뇌졸중 및 다발성 경화증으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 퇴행성 신경질환의 치료 또는 예방 효과가 뛰어난, 신규한 구조의 헥사사이클릭 다이아민 알칼로이드 유도체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 퇴행성 신경질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물을 이용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating neurodegenerative diseases selected from the group consisting of Alzheimer′s disease, Parkinson′s disease, stroke, and multiple sclerosis which comprises a novel hexacyclic diamine alkaloid compound as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, a composition comprising a novel hexacyclic diamine alkaloid compound as an active ingredient which has an excellent effect for preventing or treating neurodegenerative diseases selected from the group consisting of Alzheimer′s disease, Parkinson′s disease, stroke, and multiple sclerosis can be used by effectively suppressing generation and activity of inflammatory substances of nerve cells without cytotoxicity.

The present invention relates to a HAPCC CR-08-2 strain [KCTC 12319BP] of cryptophyte Teleaulax amphioxeia as a plant live food for aquiculture, and more specifically, to cryptophyte Teleaulax amphioxeia as a plant live food for aquiculture, which has excellent adaptability to salinity change, is more highly nutritious than chlorella used as a plant live food in the prior art, improves the growth and fecundity rate of zooplankton as well as increases the growth and survival rate of larvae of Adamussium colbecki when being supplied as a feed for the larvae of Adamussium colbecki, and retains antioxidant activity in the embryoid body thereof.
