Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing a culture medium for preventing the cell modification of epiphytic Dinoflaglellates is provided to maintain original cell shape and to enable superior cell growth. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for culturing epiphytic Dinoflaglellates contains: nitrate compounds, phosphate compounds, metal salt compounds and complex compounds, vitamin compounds, and seawater. The epiphytic Dinoflaglellates is Ostreopsis spp. Dinoflaglellates. The nitrate compounds include sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, iron nitrate, calcium nitrate, or ammonium nitrate. The phosphate compounds are sodium biphophate monobasic, potassium monohydrogen phosphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, or sodium glycerophosphate. The metal salt compounds are sodium molybdate, zinc sulfate, cobalt chloride, manganese chloride, or copper sulfate.

The present invention relates to a HAPCC CR-08-2 strain [KCTC 12319BP] of cryptophyte Teleaulax amphioxeia as a plant live food for aquiculture, and more specifically, to cryptophyte Teleaulax amphioxeia as a plant live food for aquiculture, which has excellent adaptability to salinity change, is more highly nutritious than chlorella used as a plant live food in the prior art, improves the growth and fecundity rate of zooplankton as well as increases the growth and survival rate of larvae of Adamussium colbecki when being supplied as a feed for the larvae of Adamussium colbecki, and retains antioxidant activity in the embryoid body thereof.

본 발명은 해양 저서성 와편모류, 특히 오스트레옵시스(Ostreopsis spp.) 속 와편모류의 세포변형 방지를 위해 배양액을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 저서성 와편모류는 배양시 세포가 변형되어 본래의 특징을 알아볼 수 없기 때문에 이를 방지하기 위해 새로이 제조된 배양액으로 교환해줌으로써 본래의 세포 형태를 유지할 수 있고, 기존의 배양액에 비해 성장이 우수하다.
