    Abstract: An analysis method of genotype of each olive flounder is provided to amplify and analyze eight microsatellite markers of olive flounder and shorten analysis time and expense. A composition which specifically amplifies microsatellite markers of olive flounder of the sequence numbers 1-8 comprises primer pairs of oligonucleotide having sequences 9 and 10, 11 and 12, 13 and 14, 15 and 16, 17 and 18, 19 and 20, 21 and 22, 23 and 24 which specifically amplifies the sequence numbers 1-8. A method for identifying an individual of olive flounder comprises: a step of isolating DNA sample of fish; a step of amplifying the DNA sample using the composition which amplifies the microsatellite marker of olive flounder; and a step of analyzing band pattern of amplified product. A method for identifying parentage of olive flounder comprises: a step of isolating DNA sample of fishes; a step of amplifying the DNA sample; a step of analyzing the band pattern of amplified product; and a step of comparing the band pattern with parental generation fishes.
