본 발명은 연쇄구균증에 감염된 넙치로부터 분리된 감마-용혈성 스트렙토코커스 파라우베리스( Streptococcus parauberis ) FP2284(미생물 기탁번호 KCTC 11633BP) 균주 및 베타-용혈성 스트렙토코커스 이니애( Streptococcus iniae ) FP5024(미생물 기탁번호 11634BP) 균주를 포함하는 연쇄구균증 예방용 혼합 불활성화 백신 및 이를 이용하여 어류를 면역시키는 방법에 대한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polypeptide containing an epitope of fish nodavirus protein is provided to quickly diagnose fish nodavirus disease. CONSTITUTION: A polypeptide of an epitope of fish nodavirus protein contains an amino acid selected from sequence numbers 1-3. A recombinant expression vector contains the polypeptide. A vaccine composition contains the epitope. The vaccine includes a live vaccine, attenuated vaccine, or killed vaccine. A cell inactivated vaccine is a Streptococcus inactivated vaccine. A method for diagnosing fish nodavirus disease comprises a step of reacting an antibody which specifically recognizes the epitope and a sample containing the fish nodavirus; and a step of determining a sample having positive response to the antibody is infected by the fish nodavirus.

The present invention relates to a combined inactivated vaccine for prevention of streptococcicosis, comprising gamma-hemolytic Streptococcus parauberis FP2284 (microorganism deposition number KCTC 11633BP) strain isolated from the flounder infected with streptococcicosis, and beta-hemolytic Streptococcus iniae FP5024 (microorganism deposition number 11634BP) strain isolated from the flounder infected with streptococcicosis. The present invention also relates to a method for immunizing the fish using said vaccine.
