    Abstract: 본발명은고삼을이용한사료첨가제및 그를포함한양식어류사료에관한것이다. 본발명은먼저고삼의건조뿌리 100g을증류수 1,000㎖와함께청자항아리에넣고이를물이담겨있는스텐레스솥에담아 3시간동안중탕으로끓여최종적으로 800㎖정도의시료원액을추출한다. 그추출된시료원액의활성상태를분석한다. 또한, 상기시료원액을일반시판용배합사료에서차지하는농도가 0.05%가되게첨가하여양식사료를제조하고, 이를 8주동안시험구에투여하고동시에동일한조건에서대조구는일반시판용배합사료만을섭취하도록한다. 그결과, 본발명에따르면, 0.05% 양식사료를섭취한양식어류가일반시판용배합(EP)사료를섭취한양식어류에비하여성장도및 면역활성이증가하고, 혈액학적생리변화및 투여에따른간 독성이없으며, 또한어병세균인에드와드병에대해서는질병예방효과를제공하는이점이있음을알 수있다.
