Abstract: PURPOSE: A multiplex polymerase chain reaction-based method is provided to quickly detect E. coli gene producing heat-labile enterotoxin and heat-stable enterotoxin, which cause diarrhea of live stock. CONSTITUTION: ST(heat-stable enterotoxin) I primer is synthesized to be based on the nucleotide sequence of ST I a(p) gene separated from a pig. A PCR method for detecting gene uses a pair of primers, a forward primer and a reverse primer. Heat-labile enterotoxin gene and heat-stable enterotoxin gene, which are separated from E.coli, are detected simultaneously by performing PCR with mixing PCR primers therefor.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供基于多重聚合酶链反应的方法，快速检测产生热不稳定肠毒素和热稳定肠毒素的大肠杆菌基因，引起活体腹泻。 构成：ST（热稳定肠毒素）I引物基于从猪分离的ST I a（p）基因的核苷酸序列合成。 用于检测基因的PCR方法使用一对引物，正向引物和反向引物。 通过用混合PCR引物进行PCR同时检测与大肠杆菌分离的热不稳定肠毒素基因和热稳定肠毒素基因。
