Abstract: A splice grafting robot for fruit and vegetable plants to automatically unite a scion (A) and a stock (B) and produce a grafted nursery plant is disclosed. The robot includes a base (100) having stock and scion guides (50, 60) to hold the stock and scion; stock and scion supply units (200, 300) to supply the stock and scion from the guides to the other units; cotyledon and hypocotyl cutting units (400, 500) to cut a cotyledon of the stock and a hypocotyl of the scion; a grafting unit (600) to unite the stock and scion using a clip (C) to produce a grafted nursery plant; a clip supply unit (700) to supply the clip to the grafting unit; a conveyor unit (800) to discharge the grafted nursery plant; and a controller (900) to automatically control the operation of the units (200 through 700) and the conveyor unit (800).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pH control and contamination alarm system of bioreactors for plant tissue culture is provided, thereby simultaneously controlling pH of several bioreactors and detecting contamination thereof at an early stage. Therefore, high quality products can be produced. CONSTITUTION: A pH control and contamination alarm system of bioreactors for plant tissue culture comprises a plurality of bioreactors(1,2,3); pH electrodes(4,5,6) installed within the bioreactors(1,2,3) and detecting pH of the medium in each bioreactor; an integrated controller(7) receiving pH values and processing them; a computer(13) connecting the integrated controller(7) and providing the processed data results; and a plurality of pumps(10,11,12) which introduce one solution selected from NaOH solution(9) and HCl solution(8) into the bioreactors(1,2,3) according to the pH measuring modules by the integrated controller.

CONSTITUTION: An automatic sealing device(100) of a plant tissue culture vessel comprises a conveyer belt(1) for supplying and discharging a flask(10); a medium introducing portion(2) for introducing a medium into the flask(10); an aluminum foil supplying portion(3) for simultaneously supplying and covering the aluminum foil to the flask(10); a foil sealing portion(4) for pressurizing the foil covering the flask(10) with a gripper; and a controlling portion(5) for controlling the portions(1, 2, 3, 4).

Abstract: 본 고안은 식물조직의 배양공정에서 반복적으로 이루어지는 배지를 플라스크, 배양용, 링거병, PE용기등 소형의 배양용기에 분주하는 작업을 인력이 아닌 자동화로 이루어지도록 함으로써, 배지의 분주작업에 대한 자동화에 의해 원하는 량만큼 분주할 수 있는 정밀성을 향상시키고, 동시에 식물조직 배양공정의 생력화에 크게 향상시키며, 분주작업을 하는 작업자의 작업능률을 향상시키는 식물조직 배양용 배지의 자동 분주장치를 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
또한, 본 고안은 이로 인해 전체적인 자동 분주장치에 대한 효율성을 향상시켜 이를 이용하여 작업하는 작업자에게 사용상의 신뢰도와 만족도를 극대화시키는 식물조직 배양용 배지의 자동 분주장치를 제공하는데 있다.
