Abstract: PURPOSE: A transgenic chicken and a method for producing the same are provided to ensure anti-viral ability and to be used as a model animal for preventing viral diseases. CONSTITUTION: A vector for transformation contains a promoter which is operable in birds and a 3D8 scFv gene which is operatively linked to the promoter. The promoter is a chicken beta-actin gene promoter. The 3D8 scFv gene further contains a reporter gene. The reporter gene is HA-tag. A method for producing a transgenic chicken comprises: a step of preparing the vector; a step of transducing the vector to chicken fertilized eggs; and a step of hatching the fertilized eggs.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供转基因鸡及其制备方法以确保抗病毒能力，并用作预防病毒性疾病的示范动物。 构成：用于转化的载体包含可在鸟类中操作的启动子和与启动子有效连接的3D8scFv基因。 启动子是鸡β-肌动蛋白基因启动子。 3D8 scFv基因还含有报告基因。 报告基因是HA标签。 一种生产转基因鸡的方法包括：制备载体的步骤; 将载体转导到鸡受精卵的步骤; 和孵化受精卵的步骤。
