    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of laser induced thermal imaging, a patterning method of an organic layer and a fabricating method of OLED using the same are provided to prevent stitching mura which is generated between the wavelengths of laser beam by projecting a laser beam on an area excluding a region corresponding to a desired pattern on the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(200) including a transfer layer is provided. A donor substrate(40) including a photothermal conversion is provided on a base film. A laser is projected on the base layer having a region excluding a reserved area for a pattern to be formed in the substrate. The donor substrate is delaminated from the substrate.
