Abstract: PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to form an electrode pattern having silver by exposing/developing a silver halide emulsion layer, thereby implementing excellent conductivity instead of indium tin oxide (ITO). CONSTITUTION: First and second electrode patterns (120,130) include silver, which is generated by selectively exposing and developing a silver halide emulsion layer, and are formed on each side of a transparent substrate (110) into a micro-pattern. An optical filter layer (140) is formed between one side of the transparent substrate and the first electrode pattern. The optical filter layer is formed between the other side of the transparent substrate and the second electrode pattern. The optical filter layer selectively blocks light. The silver halide emulsion layer includes silver halide and a binder. The line width of the micro-pattern of the first electrode pattern or the second electrode pattern is 3-7 micrometers.
