Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for flow control between radio link control layer and packet data fusion protocol layer in communication system and apparatus thereof are provided to store packets transmitted to an RLC(Radio Link Control) layer buffer by dividing a part of section corresponding to an PDCP(Packet Data Convergence Protocol) buffer size. CONSTITUTION: An SDU(Service Data unit) which is necessary for transmitting to an RLC(210) layer is stored. Information about capacity which is not used in an RLC layer buffer currently is received from the RLC layer. An SDU of capacity corresponding to packets saved in the buffer of an PDCP(200) layer is created as PDU(Packet Data Unit). The packet data units are transmitted to the RLC layer.

PURPOSE: A method and device for performing congestion control in a communication system are provided to measure a QoS level per service class for controlling congestion in a communication system. CONSTITUTION: A request message is transmitted to an opponent node through a first packet with the best priority(301). A request message about a request message through the first packet and at least one second packet is received(303). A single direction delay of the first packet is presumed according to a RTT(Round Trip Time) about the first packet(307). Difference value of a time when the first packet is received and a time when each second packet is received is added to a signal direction delay. A signal direction delay of each second packet is presumed(309).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A handover determining method in a mobile communication system and apparatus thereof are provided to determine handover in the use of channel state information of a terminal besides a hysteresis value. CONSTITUTION: A UE(User Equipment) receives packet data from a serving base station(210). The terminal receives a preamble signal of a neighboring base station(212). The terminal inspects whether an RSRP(Reference Signal Receive Power) of the neighboring base station satisfies a handover condition(214). The terminal transmits a measurement report message to the serving base station(216).

PURPOSE: A semiconductor package with a multi pitch ball land is provided to drastically lengthen the distance between first and second ball lands, thereby preventing a mold flash from being inserted into the first and second ball lands. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board(10) comprises a chip area(13), first ball lands(11), and second ball lands(12). The first ball lands are arranged in parallel with one of first to fourth boundary lines(14,15,16,17). The second ball lands are adjacent to an edge part of the chip area. A semiconductor chip(71) is mounted on the chip area of the printed circuit board. An epoxy molding compound(81) comprises one or more protrusions(82).
