Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device is provided to form holes with an aspect ratio of 6:1 to 16:1 by using a mask structure made of carbon materials. CONSTITUTION: Provided is a substrate(100) including a cell region(CELL) and a peripheral circuit region(PERI). Bit lines(BL) crossing word lines(WL) are formed on the substrate. A peripheral gate electrode(PG) is formed on the substrate of the peripheral circuit region. A first interlayer dielectric layer(120) is formed on the substrate with the peripheral gate electrode. A first sacrificial layer(130) is formed on the first interlayer dielectric layer. A first mask pattern is formed on the first sacrificial layer.

Abstract: 본 발명은 위치제공기로부터 위치제공기 수신기를 통해 현위치를 제공받는 지리 정보 시스템에서 지도 이미지상의 도로를 표현하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 지도 이미지상 도로의 소정의 지점을 객체로 표현하는 단계; 위치제공기 수신기로부터 현재의 위치 데이터를 수신하는 단계; 수신된 현재 위치 데이터와 가장 근접한 객체를 상기 객체로 표현된 도로의 지점을 선정하는 단계; 및 선정된 가장 근접한 객체를 화면에 디스플레이 하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의하면 객체 모델링 기법을 사용하여 도로지도를 모델링하고 이들을 외부신호와 결합시킴으로써 도로지도를 효율적으로 유지 보수하고 복잡한 표현도 가능하다.
