Abstract:
The present invention discloses an optical device including a quantum well structure having triple connections. The optical device may include the quantum well structure having triple connections which includes three asymmetric quantum wells connected to each other through two connection walls having a lower energy level compared to a common wall. In the quantum well structure having triple connections, when voltages are applied to the optical device, much of the wave function of holes and electrons are distributed in the quantum wells in the center to be overlapped via an energy controlling function of the two connection walls. Therefore, increased thickness of a quantum well layer can not only reduce driving voltages of the optical device but also maintain an overlapped state of the wave function of holes and electrons to be enough. Therefore, absorption intensity can be increased.

PURPOSE: A 3D image obtaining device and a depth information calculation method in the 3D image obtaining device are provided to synchronize light projection time and driving time of a light modulator, thereby obtaining reflective light which external light is removed. CONSTITUTION: A light modulator(103) modulates light reflected from a subject(200) by the number of projected N light. A photographing device(105) generates the number of N sub-images by photographing the modulated light. A signal processing unit(106) calculates depth information for distance with the subject by using the sub-images. A control unit(107) synchronizes exposure time of the photographing device with driving time of the light modulator. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A 3D image acquisition apparatus employing interchangeable lens type is provided to form 3D image by preparing a depth image photographing unit of an interchangeable lens form capable of detaching from a main body. CONSTITUTION: An interchangeable lens part includes a light source(110), a color image lens unit(120) and a depth image photographing unit(140). A main body unit includes an image sensor(160) and an image processing unit(170). The image sensor converts an optical image from color image lens unit into an electric signal. The image processing unit forms a three-dimensional image by using the depth information of the electric signal of the image sensor and the depth image photographing unit. The interchangeable lens part is attached and detached to/from the main body unit.

패브리-페로공진반사(Fabry-Perot resonant reflection)에기반한넓은대역폭을갖는광변조기및 그제조방법를개시한다. 개시된구조의광변조기는, 상부 DBR 층을구성하는다수의굴절률층들의일부의두께를달리하거나또는활성층을구성하는양자우물층들의일부의두께를달리함으로써, 일정한광파장구간에대해서반사도를평탄하게유지할수 있다. 따라서, 온도변화나제작공정에서오는광변조기의파장변동에도안정된광변조특성을유지할수 있다. 이러한광변조기는 3D 카메라내에서피사체의거리를측정하는측정수단의부품으로서사용될수 있다.
