Abstract: PURPOSE: An authentication system in a wireless local area network environment and a method thereof are provided to easily authenticate security between an access point of a wireless LAN network and a new terminal using a predefined function in a wireless LAN network. Abstract: An automatic notification system at home and a method thereof are provided to enable a home server to receive an event signal if an event such as an emergency is sensed, and then notify the event by sending an alarm message to an output device of a client electronic device which a user is using.
