PURPOSE: A nano fiber-nano wire composite and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the durability of the composite by expanding metal oxide nano-wire from the inside to the outside of polymer nano fiber. CONSTITUTION: A nano fiber-nano wire composite(10) includes polymer nano fiber(11) and metal oxide nano wire(13). The metal oxide nano wire is expanded from the inside to the outside of the polymer nano fiber and covers the polymer nano fiber. The polymer nano fiber includes an elastic binder or a conductive material. The metal oxide of the metal oxide nano wire includes zinc oxide, tin oxide, titanium oxide, or indium oxide. The polymer nano fiber is a core-shell structure.

A method for preparing a porous metal material having DNA hydrogel as a template is provided. Porous materials of various metals can be provided at room temperature. A method for preparing a porous metal material comprises: a step of obtaining a complex DNA hydrogel and a metal precursor by mixing DNA hydrogel and a metal precursor; and a step of reducing the complex DNA hydrogel and the metal precursor. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode (11) , a second electrode (12), and a gate electrode (13) are formed on a fiber (10). A channel (14) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A gate insulation layer (15) is formed on the first electrode, the second electrode, and the gate electrode.
