Abstract:
PURPOSE: A precursor compound connected to a solid supporter for manufacturing 18f radiopharmaceutical products marked as f-18 and manufacturing method and application thereof are provided to omit excessive amount of phase transfer catalyst use and fluoride refining process. CONSTITUTION: A precursor compound is represented by chemical formula 1. Here, the solid supporter is an insoluble organic polymer or an insoluble inorganic oxide. A indicates a linker, B indicates an organic cation, and C indicates a single bond, -O- or -D-SO2-O-. Here, D indicates the single bond or C1-30 hydrocarbon group. In the hydrocarbon radical, one or more selected from a group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur can be placed and the hydrocarbon radical is substituted or non-substituted with halogen. R indicates an organic group which excepts F-18 among radiopharmaceutical products marked as 18F. Hydrogen inside the organic group is non-substituted or substituted with a blocking group. X indicates a negative ion.

PURPOSE: A threefold linkage tertiary amine compound, manufacturing method and applications thereof are provided to easily substitute for various functional substituent and to manufacture multi-functional, dimer, or trimer compounds in medicinal chemistry, drug delivery system, new medicine development, and molecule image fields. CONSTITUTION: A threefold linkage tertiary amine compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, P indicates hydrogen, tri-C1-C4alkyl silyl group, di-C1-C4alkylC3-C8aryl silyl group, or di-C3-C8 aryl C1-C4 alkyl silyl group, l, m, and n respectively and independently indicate integers of 1-5, X and Y respectively and independently indicate single bond, carbonyl(C=O), or sulfonyl(SO2). R indicates -NH2, - NHBOC(-NH-CO-O-C(CH3)3), - NHCbz(-NH-CO-O-CH2-Ph), -CO2H, or -CO2-tBu.
