Abstract:
PURPOSE: The complex nanofiber of hydroxyapatite and silk fibroin, a two dimensional structure and a three dimensional structure supporter using the same is provided to easily facilitate the uniformity and guarantee of reappearance, is able to electrospinning for a long time, and useful for cell formation, bond tissue regeneration and supporter as its mechanical property is satisfied. CONSTITUTION: The complex nanofiber uniformly disperses the hydroxyapatite nano particle which surface is reformed with the hyaluronic acid-dopamine conjugate inside the silk fibroin nanofiber. Conjugate of the hyaluronic acid-dopamine is the formation of amide bond by combining the carboxyl group of hyaluronic acid and amine group of dopamine. The hydroxyapatite which surface is reformed with the hyaluronic acid-dopamine conjugate is the combination of two hydroxyl radicals of dopamine to the surface of the hydroxyapatite. The diameter of the complex nanofiber is 100-1000 nm.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of 10-aminodecanoic acid or ester derivatives is provided to easily manufacture effectively and environmentally manufacture decanedioic acid through two reactions form a medium compound. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of 10-aminodecanoic acid or ester derivatives comprises: a step of manufacturing a compound indicated in chemical formula 2 through a pre-ozonolysis of an oleic acid indicated in chemical formula 1 or ester thereof; a step of manufacturing a compound indicated in chemical formula 3 through a Henry reaction by putting base into a mixture of compound indicated in chemical formula 2 and nitromethane; a step of manufacturing a compound thorough a removal reaction accepting a leaving group into a hydroxy group of a compound indicated in chemical formula 3 and removing the same; and a step of manufacturing a compound indicated in chemical formula 7 through a reduction reaction of a compound in chemical formula 4 under the presence of a transition metal catalyst.
