Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hormone sensor and the hormone sensor manufactured by the same are provided to obtain a human hormone sensing system by using a human hormone receptor protein as a primary signal converter and be utilized as a tool for a diseases-diagnosis and a physical examination. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hormone sensor is as follows. An amine group is introduced on a surface of a substrate. A conductive polymer nano structure is fixed to the surface of the substrate. A hormone receptor is attached to the conductive polymer nano structure.

본 발명은 이종이합체 G 단백질 연결 수용체를 포함하는 나노베지클, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 전계효과 트랜지스터 기반 미각 센서, 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 이종이합체 G 단백질 연결 수용체를 포함하는 나노베지클로 기능화된 전계효과 트랜지스터 및 미각 센서는 이종이합체 G 단백질 연결 수용체 및 이를 포함하는 나노베지클을 이용하여, 민감도 및 선택도가 우수하고 실시간으로 고특이적으로 단맛 물질을 검출할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a field-effect transistor base taste sensor and the field-effect transistor base taste sensor manufactured by the same are provided to enable to be utilized as a tool for sorting taste substances or inspecting a quality and obtain excellent sensitivity of a femtomole level and high selectivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a field-effect transistor base taste sensor is as follows. A surface of a substrate is polished by an amine group. A conductive polymer nano structure having an ionic conducting functional group is fixed on the surface-polished substrate. The conductive polymer nano structure is functionalized as a gustatory receptor protein.
