Abstract:
The present invention relates to a direct transferring method of graphene, more specifically the direct transferring method of the graphene which is synthesized on a catalyst metal on a substrate. The direct transferring method, as seen in a drawing 1, comprises the following steps: preparing the graphene synthesized on the catalyst metal (S10); coating a polymer on the substrate for transferring the graphene by spinning (S20); hardening the substrate with the polymer (S30); flipping the graphene on the catalyst metal, and attaching the surface with the graphene to the surface of the substrate with the polymer (S40); etching the catalyst metal for producing the graphene (S50); and washing and drying the substrate with the graphene (S60). 본 발명은 마찰교반 접합 시 접합부의 최고온도 및 피접합재의 냉각속도를 조절할 수 있는 마찰교반 접합장치 및 마찰교반 접합방법에 관한 것으로, 접합 시에는 접합부에 가해지는 열을 접촉 플레이트로 흡수하고 냉각기로 냉각시킴으로써 접합 시 최고온도를 낮추어 상변태가 일어나는 것을 막고, 접합 후에는 피접합재의 냉각속도를 조절함으로써 상변태가 일어날 수 있는 재료의 상변태를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
