Abstract: 본실시예에의한배터리충방전시험장치는, 상호전기적으로연결된복수의테스트모듈로, 각각의테스트모듈은직류전압형성부및 직류전압형성부를제어하는제어부를포함하며, 직류전압을제공하는테스트모듈및 복수의테스트모듈들이제공하는직류전압들의평균전압값을연산하여제공하는연산부를포함하며, 제어부는연산부가제공한평균전압값과직류전압의차이에상응하는전압오프셋을연산하여직류전압의전압값이평균전압값에상응하도록제어한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A decision making recommendation system and a method thereof are provided to consider all circumstances which are able to influence on decision making of a user, thereby supplying a solution capable of satisfying requirements of the user. CONSTITUTION: A data storing unit(600) stores information about decision making of a user. A query changing unit(200) changes problems which the user requests into queries including circumstances of the user. The query changing unit stores the changed queries in the data storing unit. An optimal solution drawing unit(300) draws an optimal solution about the queries based on data stored in the data storing unit. An alternative drawing unit(400) draws an alternative based on information obtained in an optimal solution drawing process and the stored data.
