The present invention relates to an oligonucleotide probe set to specifically diagnose or detect Tobacco etch virus (TEV), genechips comprising the oligonucleotide probe set to specifically diagnose and detect the TEV, a method to specifically diagnose or detect the TEV using the oligonucleotide probe set, and a kit comprising the oligonucleotide probe set and a hybridization solution to specifically diagnose or detect the TEV. Since the TEV is specifically detectable using the probe set of the present invention, the probe set is expected to be useful in increasing the production of domestic agricultural products by minimizing the viral diseases of the domestic agricultural products.

The present invention relates to an oligonucleotide probe set to specifically diagnose or detect Raspberry ringspot nepovirus (RpRSV), genechips comprising the oligonucleotide probe set to specifically diagnose and detect the RpRSV, a method to specifically diagnose or detect the RpRSV using the oligonucleotide probe set, and a kit comprising the oligonucleotide probe set and a hybridization solution to specifically diagnose or detect the RpRSV. Since the RpRSV is specifically detectable using the probe set of the present invention, the probe set is expected to be useful in increasing the production of domestic agricultural products by minimizing the viral diseases of the domestic agricultural products.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A primer combination for raspberry ringspot virus(RpRSV) and a method for diagnosing RpRSV are provided to diagnose with high detection limit. CONSTITUTION: A primer combination for diagnosing RpRSV comprises forward primer and reverse primer. The forward primer is selected from base sequences of sequence numbers 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 19. The reverse primer is selected from base sequences of sequence numbers 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 39, and 41. The primer combination for diagnosing RpRSV comprises a primer of sequence numbers 12 and 28, sequence number 11 and 28, or sequence numbers 8 and 31. A method for specifically diagnosing RpRSV comprises: a step of isolating total RNA from a plant sample; a step of amplifying a target seqeuence by RT-PCR; and a step of detecting the PCR product.

본발명은클라비박터미시가넨시스아종네브라스켄시스를특이적으로검출하기위한프라이머세트및 이의용도에관한것으로, 본발명에서는총 5개의프라이머세트를이용하여검역세균인클라비박터미시가넨시스아종네브라스켄시스(subsp.)를특이적으로검출할수 있는것을확인하였다. 따라서, 본발명을통해클라비박터미시가넨시스아종네브라스켄시스에대한특이적검출이쉽고빠르게수행될수 있으므로, 클라비박터미시가넨시스아종네브라스켄시스균주의국내로의도입을철저히방지할수 있어, 매우유용하다.
