Abstract:
The present invention relates to emotion recognition through a complex physiological signal. More particularly, suggested are a method and an apparatus for emotion recognition by complexly using a stress index and a consciousness state obtained from an existing single physiological signal. The apparatus for emotion recognition based on the complex physiological signal suggested in the present invention obtains electroencephalogram and electrocardiogram data from a user, removes noises of the obtained data, and processes a signal. The features of the signal-processed data are standardized and the features of the standardized data are stored in a database to analyze the complex physiological signal. The extracted emotion is outputted after the emotion is extracted by using the analyzed complex physiological signal using the features of the stored data.

A portable terminal for acquiring biometric information is disclosed. According to the present invention, the portable terminal for acquiring biometric information includes sensor input parts which are combined with a sensor for detecting the biometric signal of a human body as an electric signal, perform a local area network with the relay terminal of a manager managing the health of a user, and are correspond to sensors detecting the biometric signal; a control part acquiring the biometric signal of the body heat, blood pressure, blood sugar, oxygen saturation, pulse, electrocardiogram, and electromyogram of the human body; a display part displaying the biometric signal acquired by the control part to the user; and a network interface transmitting the biometric signal and a health status to the relay terminal of the manager.
