본 발명은 이미지 파일을 이용한 모바일 인터넷 기반의 웹 콘텐츠 제공시스템 및 제공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 웹 콘텐츠 제공시스템은 모바일 인터넷을 통해 웹 페이지에 대한 URL을 포함하는 서비스 요청정보를 전송하고, 상기 모바일 인터넷을 통해 수신되는 기 설정된 포맷의 이미지 파일을 이미지로 표시하는 모바일 단말기와; 상기 모바일 단말기로부터 수신되는 상기 서비스 요청정보에 대응하는 웹 페이지의 적어도 일 영역을 상기 모바일 단말기가 재생 가능한 상기 기 설정된 포맷의 이미지 파일로 변환하여 상기 모바일 단말기로 전송하는 웹 센터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 유선 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 웹 페이지를 이미지화하여 모바일 인터넷을 통해 모바일 단말기에 제공함으로써, 사용자에게 친숙한 유선 인터넷 기반의 웹 페이지를 모바일 단말기를 통해 제공받을 수 있다.

생체 데이터를 이용한 사용자 인증 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 특징 벡터 추출부는 인증자로부터 생체 특성을 나타내는 인증 데이터 및 식별코드를 입력받아 인증 데이터를 구성하는 복수의 프레임 중에서 서로 겹치는 부분이 없도록 선택된 테스트 프레임들 각각으로부터 특징 벡터를 추출한다. 인증값 산출부는 추출된 특징 벡터들을 기초로 가우시안 모델의 확률 밀도 함수의 유사도 비에 의해 얻어지는 인증값을 산출한다. 인증부는 사전에 설정된 제1기준값 및 상기 제1기준값보다 작은 값을 가지는 제2기준값이 복수의 사용자 각각의 식별코드에 대응하여 저장된 저장부로부터 입력된 식별번호에 대응하는 제1기준값 및 제2기준값을 독출하고, 인증값이 입력된 식별코드에 대응하는 제1기준값보다 크면 인증자를 정당한 사용자로 인증하고, 인증값이 입력된 식별코드에 대응하는 제2기준값보다 작으면 인증자를 사칭자로 결정하여 인증을 거절한다. 제어부는 인증값이 제1기준값과 제2기준값의 사이값인 경우에는 복수의 프레임 중에서 테스트 프레임들을 제외한 프레임들을 순차적으로 테스트 프레임에 추가시켜 특징 벡터의 추출 및 인증값의 산출 과정이 반복 수행되도록 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 계산량을 감소시켜 처리 속도를 증가시킴과 동시에 사용자 인증의 정확성도 향상시킬 수 있으므로 모바일 기기에서 우수한 성능을 보이는 사용자 인증 시스템을 구현할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for extracting a feature vector for a user authentication are provided to obtain a feature vector which has reduced calculation amount than existing feature vector. CONSTITUTION: A static feature vector extractor(110) extracts the static feature vector by receiving an authentication data which expresses the biological specification of a user. A dynamic feature vector extractor(130) extracts a dynamic feature vector from a main feature vector. A final feature vector generating unit(140) compares the main feature vector which is composed of the main feature vector and the dynamic feature vector with a preregistered sample feature vector. The final feature vector outputs the authentication data in order to determine the authentication state of a user who inputs the authentication data.
